It was after midnight and someone tried to break into my room. Had to put my weight against the door to keep them from coming in. I yelled for them to leave and when I thought they were gone I called front desk. They were able to see the person on camera. I was by myself so it scared the hell out of me.

The staff and breakfast were great. It was very clean, but the staff went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional.

The staff were great—helpful, efficient.
The room needed a little better cleaning. While looking for something underneath the bed, I came across a bottle cap and some sort of crystal under the heating unit.

Rats everywhere outside the property was my biggest concern. So many. I don't think it's the hotels fault...maybe? But definitely off putting to guests. The Jacuzzi in my suite was also not cleaned previously. Stuff under the bed. The bathroom was cramped and there wasn't enough lighting in the room
