Ok nice hotel. But reception team need to buckle up for excellence service. The duty manager very professional but the rest of other team really need to go for more training unless the hotel don’t mind to keep losing international clients The housekeeping manger also need to be praised for his quick action to relax angry customer when a lot of his staff made petty mistakes.
