FRAUD WARNING!!! The Hotel Martello - Lampedusa has committed a financial fraud to me. They have never returned my credit card deposit of 800eur despite me paying 400eur for my 4 night stay directly at the reception of the hotel on May 13th, 2023! So by collecting the direct payment for my stay on top of keeping my online booking deposit, they collected 3 times more than my room rate! I requested several times the refund of the deposit - without success. They simply stopped responding to my emails! I’ve opened an official fraud case through my credit card operator and I’m in the process of suing this hotel for this fraud.

Hotel is just at perfect spot at the harbor. Staff very friendly. Really helpful, nice, polite, and even i do not speak italian, they try all the best to make me feel welcome. Special thanks to Gianfranco, who was very very very special. Grazie mile per tutto, amici.

La parola che più vi rappresenta è certamente questa: bravi bravi bravi. Volutamente ripetuta! Abbiamo soggiornato 10 giorni nella junior suite ed è stato meglio delle aspettative! Oltre a scegliere strutture comode, pulite e funzionali, la differenza per noi la fanno le persone...ecco tutti, ma proprio tutti, sanno accoglierti, sono sorridenti, simpatici, sempre pronti a consigliarti, ad esaudire le richieste! Quindi grazie ad Annalisa, Angela, Giovanna,Gianfranco, Santo e a Stefano! Avete reso la nostra vacanza lampedusana bellissima!

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti (rientrati ieri) in questo Hotel che vale molto più delle 3 stelle. Condotto in maniera famigliare, con un impatto immediatamente positivo del personale, disponibilità a rispondere ed esaudire tutte le nostre necessità e richieste. Transfer da aeroporto gratuito, camera consegnata in anticipo, pulizia molto accurata, ottima la prima colazione con scelta ampia e completa di dolci freschi. Abbiamo avuto la opportunità di cenare al ristorante interno (nonostante non facciano formula mezza pensione, ma alternano apericena e cene in alcuni giorni della settimana) ed è stato tutto buonissimo e di qualità (prezzo nella media). Grazie alla disponibilità della titolare siamo riusciti ad andare a fare la gita in barca dell’isola (nonostante lo scarso nostro preavviso) con la barca consigliata Giada…. Esperienza fantastica!!! Insomma Hotel da tornare e soggiornare più a lungo!!!!

Siamo arrivati a Lampedusa con un giorno di ritardo colpa della ITA , comunque sia lo staff che il l'Hotel ci ha accolti in modo molto amichevole e professionale, questo fatto dimenticare le problematiche avute. La Sig.ra Rosalba con le sue indicazioni ha fatto si che il soggiorno sia passato in modo Piacevole e pieno di scoperte. Bravi per il servizio da e per l'aeroporto, compreso l'autista che con i suoi consigli indica le parti da scoprire. La posizione dell' hotel è fronte spiaggia con alle spalle il porto e la sua vita di mare. Eccellente

Tutto perfetto, dai servizi al personale. La prossima volta che torno a Lampedusa soggiornerò senz'altro ancora lì. Vicino alla spiaggia più bella dopo a quella dei conigli ed a 2 passi dal porto di Lampedusa. In dieci minuti anche a piedi raggiungi il centro .

Sono stato ospite in quest’hotel di recente e lo straconsiglierei per diversi aspetti. La posizione che ha, sia vicino alle spiagge che al centro paese che si raggiunge a piedi con una passeggiata. La gentilezza e disponibilità di tutto lo staff, sempre attento ai bisogni degli ospiti. La pulizia. Ma l’aspetto migliore sono le loro colazioni superlative come quella nella foto. Colazioni che comprendono sia il dolce che il salato e prodotti fatti in casa come il gelo di mellone e i biscotti di mardorle. Altra delizia sono le loro crostate e le ciambelle, e un’infinità di leccornie sempre tutte prodotte dal loro cuoco. Che dire? Un’esperienza da rifare.

È la terza volta che soggiorniamo in questo Hotel e ogni anno l’esperienza migliora. I proprietari ed il personale ti fanno sentire come a casa, cucina ottima con specialità siciliane. La camera vista mare fa sognare al risveglio ed è dotata di ogni confort. Ci siamo affidati all’Hotel anche per la prenotazione dei voli da Malpensa e dei transfer… puntuali entrambi.
