The room was very clean, and the female front desk staff was extremely kind and helpful. We were given slippers for free, and the complimentary coffee was delicious. Since it was Christmas, the kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, which made it very convenient.

Great
GGuest UserMy stay at the Emporium Hotel was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that made me feel instantly welcome. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect — their professionalism and attentiveness truly set this hotel apart.
The rooms were beautifully designed, combining modern luxury with absolute comfort. Everything was spotless, and the little touches — from high-quality amenities to thoughtful turndown service — showed the hotel’s commitment to excellence.
Dining at the hotel was another highlight. Every meal was beautifully presented and delicious, with service that was both prompt and personable. The concierge team was incredibly helpful, offering great local recommendations and arranging everything seamlessly.
What really impressed me most was the superb service. Every interaction felt genuine — the staff clearly take pride in what they do, and it shows in every detail of the guest experience.
If you’re looking for a luxurious stay with world-class service and a truly welcoming atmosphere, I can’t recommend the Emporium Hotel highly enough. It’s an experience that exceeds expectations in every way.”
GGuest UserWe had a lovely staycation with stunning river views — the perfect spot to enjoy the New Year’s Eve fireworks. The apartment was very comfortable, spotless, and the location couldn’t have been better. I’d previously booked a stay here earlier this year for my dad and aunty while they were visiting from Europe, and they also had wonderful things to say. So glad we chose to rebook and enjoy it again with our little family.
DDinaIzwan96This apartment will be our go-to apartment for future trips to Brisbane. If you enjoy walking, this is the best place to stay. Walkable to almost everywhere that we needed to go. Mostly flat land so don't have to worry about the luggage. South Brisbane train station is less than 10mins walk away and the bus terminal at Cultural Centre is a lifesaver. We enjoyed the 50cents rides across the 3 transport systems...bus, trains and ferry. It only costs us 50cents for the 1hr 45mins train ride from South Brisbane to Surfers' Paradise station. Awesome!! And Queen Street Mall is only a bus stop away or for those who enjoy walking, it's just a 10-15mins walk over the South Brisbane Bridge. Checking in and out was a breeze with the help of all the friendly staff.
GGuest UserEvery year when I visit my relatives, I usually stay here. This time I booked a one-bedroom suite, which was quite spacious. Luckily, it wasn't a corner room near the pool and BBQ area. I always choose this hotel because it's super convenient for getting around, dining, and shopping. The facilities are complete, it's clean and hygienic, and the service is good too. The light bulb in the living room wasn't working, and after reporting it to the front desk, someone came to replace it right away. The only issue was the dishwasher kept showing an error code. I reported it on the 3rd day of my stay, but no one came to fix it by the 13th day when I checked out. However, overall, I'm still quite satisfied and will choose to stay here again next time.
GGuest UserOne of the best apartments at this area, but a bit pricey, the room with full equipped kitchen, cooking electrical stove, spoon, plate, pot, washing machine, dryer. Great corridors view.
GGuest UserWe are visiting from the UK, this hotel is a very comfortable place to stay while seeing Brisbane. Also plenty of useful amenities if you need to be self sufficient, and grocery shops within five minutes walking. The location is excellent too for walking around to see the main attractions like Wheel of Brisbane. The only minor issue was related to parking however the next day Jade at reception resolved it to our satisfaction. We look forward to staying here again on a second visit.
GGuest UserIt was a bit painful from the get go checking in. You have to go to a different hotel a block over. There is nowhere to park to check in. I called the number to be put through to a call centre that isn’t on site.
Call 1: yes you can park in the visitor parking just buzz and they’ll let you in.
Call 2: while blocking the driveway I’m unable to find a buzzer that reaches reception. Operator sounds confused, I hang up and someone is coming out so I sneak in.
Call 3: I’m parked in visitor parks, go up the lift and come out at another building. She again sounds confused. If I go out the door I won’t be able to get back in without a fob, so I’m asking which way I should go. There are no signs to tell me how to get to Ivy and Eve apartments. I eventually find a worker who takes me around to reception. Sorted. Or so I think.
I check in with reception. The girl was really lovely and informative. So I think, until I reach the carpark of the next building I’m staying at. The sheet of paper she gave me says “your allocated car space is 131 and is located on 55. I drive in looking for level 55, car space 131. Neither of these exist.
Call 4: Where is my carpark? Am I missing something. Keep in mind every time I call I’m asked to give all my details so they can verify my booking so by now I’m pretty tired of it all. She finds my booking and says oh yes you’re in park 55 on level B1. (See photo for why I was confused!)
I drive around the carpark looking for a 55. It doesn’t exist. All carparks are labelled with a sign saying Art house and 4 numbers. Ok maybe it’s the last 2? Nope doesn’t exist. After driving around for a bit I realise there are numbers on the ground of the carpark that are completely different to the signs (I didn’t look at the ground because the signs said art house)
So finally I work out that this is my park. Another confused guest stops to ask me where his park might be and I explain it’s the floor ones not the art house signs. So I wasn’t the only one.
Ok so park the car, go upstairs to room 1106 which of course is on floor 10. Makes sense lol. As soon as I open the door I’m hit with a wet musty kind of smell. Like the place had been flooded and not allowed to dry out properly maybe? I opened all the windows and when that didn’t work I went and bought some air freshener to hide the smell a bit.
We left all the doors open all night and next day and the smell improved. The lounge chairs are not comfy if you’re looking for a stay in watch Netflix type staycay, but the beds are really comfy. The place was pretty immaculately clean so that was nice. And washer dryer were great to have.
If I had have known I’d need to go through all that checkin at another building I would not have booked. Maybe I missed the part that mentioned this? Ahh well we enjoyed our stay in general, it just didn’t get off to a good start.
HHAIHONGThe apartment is new, the kitchen and other facilities are complete, there are coles nearby to buy things to cook for themselves. It ’s just that the 407 room we arranged is facing the railway. It ’s a bit noisy to open the balcony door. The door is soundproof when closed.
Zzhangmin1985It costs more than 500 yuan a night. It is equipped with air conditioning, a hot water kettle, two beds, one large and one small. Parking is free. Breakfast is 20 Australian dollars per person. It is quite satisfactory. The only exception is that there is no washing machine or dryer. The hotel is not cleaned every day during your stay. , but shampoo, shower gel, etc. can be provided
