GGuest UserExcellent, with all the white goods including clothes dryer in the room, pool, gym, sauna are all in good condition but the tennis court and tennis rackets are very poor..  location is very convenient.

RRieskaStayed at Crowne Plaza Canberra and overall had a decent experience. The hotel is very clean, including the room and common areas, which we appreciated. However, the hotel does feel a bit dated, particularly the bathroom — the shower and bathtub would benefit from an upgrade. The reception staff were friendly, polite, and professional, with smooth and efficient check-in and check-out. Breakfast was acceptable but had limited variety (see video). The location is a plus, right in the city and next to Holey Moley and the entertainment arcade, making it convenient for families with kids. Overall, a clean and well-located hotel, though showing its age in some areas.

GGuest UserOverall good impression, however it feels like the hotel is a bit dated. Bathroom would benefit from a bit of renovation. The bed is slightly soft. Lavazza pod machine in the room is a great bonus.

AakbonieThis hotel is super convenient! A shopping center called Maunka Terrace is just a 3-minute drive away, and it has Coles, Subway, and McDonald's. There were also Japanese, Italian, pub food, and other Asian restaurants in that area. Parking usually costs $25 per night for guests, but thanks to a Trip.com perk, I only paid $10 a night, which was great! You can't reserve parking, but there was plenty of space, so I had no issues. The breakfast menu was pretty much the same every day, which was a bit disappointing, but there was still a good variety and plenty of food.

GGuest UserVery good hotel. Everything is perfect, by the notable exception of the breakfast. You have to make the line, to wait to be seated like it's a nightclub. Arriving at the restaurant, you will wait 20 minutes to have your morning coffee. Another issue with the breakfast is that it is super expensive. I paid 22 AUD (more than 12 euros) for a plate with one waffle... Also paid a super high price for a plate of fruits... Everything else is perfect. Hotel is beautiful, quiet, well located and the persons working at the reception are great! Polite, nice and ready to help!

Mmaxxia****Located in the heart of Canberra, just a stone's throw away from the largest shopping center, which is super convenient. There's even a casino right across the street 🤣, I didn't expect to see one in such a small city. Overall, Canberra is a very clean and quiet little city. The hotel is really good, just a bit on the pricey side.

GGuest Userlocation was excellent, love the rows of red pin oak trees lining nearby streets during Autumn ( late April), had the 2 bedroom apartment , some small comment, had to wait 30 minutes in the car when we arrived at 2 pm due to room not prepared ,the electric blanket wasn't working in the main bedroom, and the door to the balcony was open when we enter,otherwise an enjoyable stay.

CClaire in the airStylish hotel with a central location. Recommend the atrium rooms as the sun room we were in faced the busy highway and was quite noisy. The aircon also seemed to have issues. Watch out for parking, it’s relatively expensive and the street parking nearby doesnt do overnight unless you are leaving before 6am. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

LLaodieConfiguration of a rural guesthouse. The village is not big, and the location is not very meaningful. The air circulation in the room is too poor, and the musty smell is obvious. The staff has a good service attitude! But the facilities are simple and shabby! Not recommended!

GGuest UserAnything that could go wrong did go wrong!!! For a disabled room there was no power point near the bed. The only available power point in the room was in the bathroom. The air conditioning was manually powered and was positioned above the window so anyone in a wheelchair or that was short could not reach it. The only place to hang up your clothes was on the back of the bathroom door. The bathroom was quite large but when I went to put the towel on the hanger it came apart!!!! And the top of the toilet was broken. Then I opened the fridge and it looked like a soda can had exploded and nobody had cleaned it. When I informed the staff member he was very lovely, he came in and cleaned the fridge, gave me a power board and extension cord for the bed which did help. But then in the morning the young staff member on took an hour and half to bring a toasted sandwich to my room after saying it would only be 10mins. He had clearly forgotten about it. So after such a bad experience I asked for my money back!!!!
