Although TRIP gives Kastel Jamp just 2 stars, it's actually a 3.5 or 4 star boutique hotel. The staff is exceptional; friendly, helpful and always cheerful. The room was spacious with a large Smart TV. The hotel offers chairs for the beach plus towels at no charge, plus bicycles to use. Breakfast was good. Located nearby is a new shopping mall.

The house is clean and modern, also the facilities in the building are great. It’s located around 15 mins walk to the beach. The value for the money is really great. One thing to notice: 🚨It’s a very local business. The reception doesn’t speak English. At check in you need to pay the remaining fees. If you don’t have PIX could be an issue. Luckily the office is close by, you can pay at the office.

It’s not a luxury hotel, but it’s quite reasonable. Good location, with easy access to various places. Excellent breakfast with plenty of variety. Polite and attentive staff.

Amazing value and great service. The area is a bit rough around the edges so be careful at night. Most rooms have some sideways sea view. Nice breakfast and restaurant. We loved the rooftop terrace and the pool. We will definitely come back!

The hotel is well located, the room and bathroom are spacious. The staff are attentive and the breakfast is very varied, the fruits are delicious. We stayed in room 117, the only complaint is the presence of ants.

Hotel with good location; leisure area with bar and a fantastic pool with infinite edge, super complete breakfast, excellent. We were placed in the fourth floor, we refused the room because already in the corridor the smell of mopho is unacceptable, then we were taken to the second floor with the same problem, there we went to the fifth floor that is younger and we had no problems. The request for a room exchange was made without questioning and with the great support of the staff.
