XXIAOYANBreakfast is very delicious, breakfast has been better in so many hotels! The front desk service was also very good. The ladies and sisters were beautiful and cute. They gave the children gifts and offered to give them extra beds.

Facilities: Fully equipped, for friends who like hot tea, there is no hot water bottle in the room
Hygienic: very clean.
Environment: The surrounding environment is very good and safe. Opposite is the most beautiful Japanese park in South America, praca do japao. People walk their dogs in the park. Especially comfortable.
Service: The hotel offers a rich breakfast. It is worth mentioning that the hotel actually has free valet parking. Not all front desks speak English, but they are very friendly and welcoming.

The staff were helpful and served us very well, especially Cleverson at reception, his excellent service, he helped us with everything!
Satisfactory breakfast.
The only thing that was bad was that we got a room with no view, otherwise everything was perfect.

NNicholasA great stay in a lovely city. The Bourbon is a very nice place to stay in downtown Curitiba. Well-located and clean, there is little to complain about. The room was big enough, and the city views were welcoming.
We stayed in a queen room which was small, but it was comfortable and the view over the public library was nice. The location was the best selling-point. This hotel is in almost the exact center of the city. You can walk to the mall or 24 Hours Street easily from here, and everywhere else is a short drive away.
The service was good; we had no complaints about the housekeeping. The room was always cleaned fast and well. Breakfast was also generous and delicious. We really enjoyed the pastries. The general state of repairs in the room seemed fine, but the floors could use a resurfacing because they are showing some wear.
This hotel is easy to recommend if you are headed to Curitiba. We had a good experience, and we will likely stay here again if we are again through the area.

- awesome service at the breakfast by Gustavo, very nice guy making great tapioca
- location is great, everything near by (mall, bars, restaurants…)
- lovely staff at the front desk
Areas to improve:
- horrible sleeping quality, uncomfortable bed, pillow and blanket (falls apart)
- room service did not change towels, had to use wet towels again
- air conditioning not working properly, so we could not heat the room
Could not sleep more than 5 hours, would definitely not book it again.

PPablo BorgesThe hotel has a somewhat old structure, but everything is very clean, the service is excellent, and everything works perfectly. The reception was great. We arrived at 8 am and had a tour to Morretes; they made changing clothes and storing our luggage fantastically easy. The breakfast was excellent, very well made, and with everything of high quality. Plus, the price was great. For me, it's a 10 out of 10. I will definitely return!!

AAnonymous UserThe room is spacious and in a good location. However, the air conditioner is quite old and noisy when it's running. The breakfast selection is limited. There are restaurants across the street from the hotel.
