"We had a very comfortable stay as a family. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Basel and within easy walking distance of the main attractions and public transport. The room was clean, modern, spacious, and well equipped. The self check-in process was also easy and convenient. A very good choice for families visiting Basel! đ¨đ"
"A very good experience The hotel is in the sixth floor of a shopping center so it haves a lot of facilities. The hotel room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good. The parking was free of charge and the staff very friendly. Recommend!"
"Good location high floor and nice view from the room room is spacious enough. I like the free access to Business lounge (for certain room types) which provide some food for dinner."
"The location is the main catch - 7 mins drive to the airport and 1 min walk to the France/Swiss border. Bus stop is right in front of the property and the tram stop is just 4 mins away. The apartment is ok, just basic. The property is a bit old but well maintained but can use some renovations especially the carpet. I perceived a funny smell as I stepped into the room (I think it's from the carpet). The service is fantastic, the staff attends to you with smiles always. There's a private swimming pool . There's a kitchenette in the room with some essentials(fridge, kettle , pots, plates, microwave, cutlery , induction and co)though I didn't get to use them. The room is spacious but the shower room is small. The cleaning can be done better - found some hair strands on the floor, dust/stains on the chair and the barrier at the back door/balcony. I like that the main door is always locked and you are given a code to unlock it from outside, feels safe. There's someone at the front desk 24 Hours. There is a restaurant directly opposite the property, I had dinner there on my first night, not bad and the price is reasonable. More cafes, shops and restaurants down the street about 3/4 minutes walk. The Lady at the front desk assisted me to order a taxi to the airport. New hand towel and sponge in the kitchenette Overall, not bad and it's reasonably priced."
"Wonderful hotel with lots of nice perks. Beautiful breakfast with a good range of fresh produce to choose from. I would definitely recommend and stay again."

Great
GGuest UserGreat hotel with delicious breakfast. Scrambled eggs and good coffee. The gym was well furnished with many fitness machines and free bottled water. Sauna is unisex.
GGuest UserVery satisfactory hotel, cost-effective. There is a bus city card at the front desk, which allows free transportation and a 50% discount for museums. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable, and you can have a high-quality sleep.
GGuest UserGreat hotel. Convenient location (tram stop literally out front) and walking distance to multiple local attractions. Very thoughtful and kind staff. Large, clean room. We upgraded to a room with a balcony on the 6th floor (picture from balcony included) and it was lovely. Gym also great. Breakfast was perfect. Would highly recommend!
GGuest UserItâs located right next to the tram station which was super convenient to get to the main train stop. They had lovely friendly staff and we got a small treat and flavored water while we were waiting for check in. They also give you a card to travel around the city on the public transport. Breakfast was also really good!!
GGuest UserMy first time at this hotel that was recommended to me by my fiends. This house has an interesting history - thatâs why we came. We found the entrance by car only after circling the property but were greeted very friendly in the lobby. The first 30 min parking are free. There were 7 parking lots outside and more in a parking garage under the restaurant. Parking over night is CHF 22.. The hotel is quiet but located near the Spalentor. At the check in we got a tourist card to use all public transportation for free. There is a tea and coffee making facility in a nicely decorated room on the floor. For elderly guests the hotel should have in the shower a anti slip floor and bigger waste bins. The fan in the room helped against the heat. Breakfast was good.
GGuest UserIt was a comfortable stay, with great pillow and comforter. The toilets are clean and bright, with shower gel provided, as well as towels! The breakfast was amazing. The room is spacious and the overall environment as well as the architecture of the building is unique and impressive. However, there is no power socket around the bed, only a usb might be a slight disadvantage. You have to take the bus from the train station but they do provide free Basel Transport card. I enjoyed my stay there and would come back if I'm visiting Basel again!
