Near to the south train station, good option if without luggage. a bit of hill thus not that great if with huge luggage. Nevertheless, excellent stay. Very clean and new. The front desk staffs are very helpful and attentive. They even recommend the best value for getting the breakfast buffet. The room is great and quiet. Good quality disposable slipper and toothbrush.

I stayed at this hotel near Hefei South Railway Station and was pleasantly surprised. The interior feels like the designer was trying to impress their future in-laws. Stylish, fresh and neat. Special mention goes to the bathroom, not just a bathroom, but a whole tech hub with a built-in bidet. Honestly, I felt less like I was on a toilet and more like I was piloting a spaceship. 🚀 Everything was clean, cozy and comfortable, with a friendly staff. The only minor downside was the view from the window. But let’s be honest, when you have a bathroom like that, staring out the window doesn’t really matter anymore. 😅 Overall, a very pleasant stay, highly recommended!

This is one of the best hotel in Hefei. We loved everything about this hotel. Anywhere jn western country this hotel would be considered ultra luxury hotel. We were greeted by very friendly staff who went above and beyond to help us. The decor in this hotel is very beautiful. Breakfast had tonnes of choices and pretty everything. They have beautiful lobby where you can wait sit around and order drinks. A big shout out to Cucu for helping us out and preparing us some amazing drinks.

Before I even checked in, my dedicated butler, Jane, proactively reached out to confirm my needs. Throughout my stay, she was incredibly attentive, constantly checking in on my experience, and always reliable. Any issues were promptly resolved, showing her meticulous and thoughtful service. I felt completely secure and well-cared for at the hotel. The environment is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, and it's super convenient for getting around and finding food. If you're coming to Hefei, The Langham is definitely the place to choose!

ʚʚyangxiaoyangɞService: Absolutely fantastic! I've never seen executive lounge staff work so hard. Our butler, Xiao Guan, was especially wonderful and catered to our every request! We had a very comfortable stay; the kids didn't even want to leave.
The hotel food was also delicious.
The location is excellent too. Swan Lake is right downstairs, and in77 shopping mall is just a block away on foot. Walk a bit further and you're at MixC shopping mall.

The room was clean, well-organized, and new.
The breakfast was excellent, delicious, and varied.
The staff were extremely helpful. It was a snowy day, and they offered me hot water upon arrival and turned on the heating before I entered the room. On the second day, they kindly helped me arrange a taxi. Small gestures, but very important.
By the way, I travel a lot and stay in a different hotel almost every day, but I truly felt the need to thank this wonderful staff.
Mercure Hotels will always be my first choice.

There is Baoheyuan subway exit nearby within a 10-minute walk. It is very convenient. Five-star recommendation!

The renovation is probably quite old, and some of the design is not very reasonable. There is no full-length mirror, and the sink does not have a trash can. Also, people will slip small cards into the room at night. The room itself is quite large.
