XXieyanService: The front desk staff was warm and professional. I was on my period when checking in and realized I hadn't brought any sanitary pads with me for this trip. The lady at the front desk was a lifesaver and gave me two, which I'm incredibly grateful for 🙏.
Environment: The hotel is located within the Old East Gate Pedestrian Street, making parking convenient. Taxis can also drop you off right at the hotel entrance. The pedestrian street is quiet at night, and there are restaurants and bars nearby if you fancy a drink. It's also very close to the city center, just a few minutes' drive from the Xuzhou Museum. Qianlong Palace and Yunlong Mountain are also nearby, so the location is excellent.
Hygiene: I didn't smell any cigarette smoke, mildew, or pungent disinfectant odors in the room. It's clear that the hotel does an excellent job with cleaning and ventilation. It was very comfortable to stay in, and my sleep quality even improved.

The hotel environment and service were good. They combined the two nights I booked separately and extended my stay. There were a lot of people in Xuzhou during the May Day holiday. This is a good place for vacation. We had a barbecue outdoors in the evening. Our whole family can't eat spicy food. The beer was good and we drank it.
The breakfast was standard. The restaurant was a bit small and crowded. When I went there in the morning, the peacocks outside spread their tails. It was nice to walk around.
The swimming pool is very large, the water quality is good, and there are not many people. It is pleasant to swim two laps every day.
You should avoid crowds on holidays and focus on a leisure bar.
Overall, it is not bad.

In particular, because of various reasons, I went to the restaurant late in the morning, and the restaurant staff was also very enthusiastic to help coordinate and arrange breakfast. Thank you very much for the restaurant aunt and chef uncle ꉂ (ˊᗜˋ*)

GGuest UserThe location is absolutely perfect! It's right next to Wenmiao, Suning, and JinYing. Hubushan is just a 15-minute walk away, and you can easily explore Huilongwo at the same time. Xuzhou Museum and Qianlong Imperial Palace are also right by Hubushan, so it's incredibly convenient! The facilities are new and the cleanliness is excellent 👍. As for the service, it's truly outstanding. Everyone, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff, is very welcoming and goes out of their way to accommodate your needs. I highly recommend this place! I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Xuzhou.

GGuest UserThe service at their hotel was truly exceptional. The greeting on the first day, the breakfast, and the morning tea that they provided each morning all contributed to great experience. The hotel itself is new and has perfect amenities, with little private garden for each room.
We especially would like to make note about the great service of staff at the lobby, who always assisted us in any questions that we had, and gifted free stuff!! All other stuff also was great. They always listen to you and accommodate accordingly))
Overall, it is definitely hotel that we will comeback to in the future, and will miss the great view from the lobby!

RRakshaRThe room was big, clean and beautiful. The most comfortable pillows I've ever used at a hotel more so than Marriott and Hyatt. The AC could not be adjusted, sleep was disturbed because the room was hot. Ugly cigarette burn on the couch and huge brown stains on the bedroom curtain. Check in was ok, the room wasn't ready and so we were asked if we wanted another room, it would not have been an upgraded room because we had already booked the last suite. She also asked IF we had made the booking or someone else had, never been asked that before and I've stayed at over 30 hotels around China. Gym is small, but has the necessary equipment for a quick workout. Breakfast was Chinese, no western option, other than fake bacon and sweet sausages and dry French fries. Lots of fruit to choose from. I would stay there again but will not book breakfast. There are numerous places to eat outside or order to the room and the meal gets delivered by a robot. Ladies at the the front desk should smile, they don't look happy to see their guests.

MM737902****This hotel offers incredible value for money! I especially want to highlight the service and attention to detail. All the front desk staff were incredibly polite, always greeting guests proactively. The room was well-equipped, the toiletries were of good quality, and they even thoughtfully provided tea and coffee. The soundproofing was excellent too; I slept so soundly at night. Whether you're here for business or leisure, choosing this place is a surefire win!

This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth & charm of Rome & its people instead of a cold impersonal hotel. The owners & staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit ex. tours.& transportation. They speak very good English and their breakfast & coffee are excellent and will accommodate any request if possible.
Excellent location, superb services, helpful staff, waht else do you need? Will definitely come again to this place.
Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, the size of the room, the helpfulness of the staff at the front desk (all of them during our stay), they even go out of their way to guide you through the places to visit in Rome. The breakfast was to our expectation. The area is central even if one wishes to walk around. The only thing is that the room is hot, does not have enough light and no air comes in even if you open the window as it is sourrounded by buildings.

GGuest UserIt is close to the Guishan Han Tomb Scenic Area, and the food around is very economical. The two young ladies at the hotel front desk are very nice. They knew that we brought our children here for exams, so they extended our check-out time. The room is also economical and clean, and the accommodation experience is very good!

CCatherine HumeStaff are very ery friendly and helpful, the room is big and clean, equipped with kettle and cooking facilities, even a washing machine, although we didn't try the cooker or the washing machine. But the decorations are old and shabby, which is a shame. We would happily pay double if the wallpaper and the vanity unit is in a better condition. All in all, it is a good hotel, value for money and I will well recommend it.
