The room was spacious, the bed was soft and comfortable, the lighting was gentle, the smart automatic control system was in place, and the large TV had direct screen projection. I was quite satisfied with my stay. The laundry room and fitness facilities on the first floor were especially nice, allowing everyone to exercise while waiting. The design was fantastic. The front desk also provided a complimentary breakfast, which had a wide variety of options. I would have liked to mention the cleaning and disinfection of the washing machine and dryer; I think it would have been much better if they had improved.

Honestly, I'm very satisfied with this hotel, but there are a few minor flaws. The cleanliness is truly intolerable.
First, let's talk about the positives. Parking is free, both above and below ground, and very convenient. There's also a laundry service, conference center, and everything else, including a fitness center.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
However, upon entering the room, I could sense the decor was rushed, as if it were a hasty affair. The landlady wasn't very thorough when cleaning the room. As a woman, I experience hair loss, and seeing the body hair left behind by the previous tenant was truly disheartening.
The bathroom fixtures and fittings all worked perfectly, and the water pressure was excellent. The only real flaw was my room. There were hair and body hair in the crevices of the floor and countertops.
My personal experience was quite good. I'm a bit of a clean freak, so I'm probably a bit more particular about housekeeping. I highly recommend it and would stay here again.

It was great, the staff were very welcoming and attentive.
Anyone who wants to swim, regardless of gender or hair length, must wear a swimming cap.
Breakfast was good, the pool water was clean, and the rooms were fairly clean. I didn't go to the playground, so I don't know about it; it's open from 1 PM to evening every day.
There's a serving of fruit every day.
Parking is free.
My suggestion is that they provide disposable toilet seat covers; they're very cheap, only two or three cents each, but very practical.
I was a little reluctant to leave…

The hotel is in a great location, just across the road from the Provincial Museum. You can see the Provincial Museum and the Grand Plaza from the room window. It is so convenient to go to the Provincial Museum! The hotel has a parking lot, and free parking is available when you stay at the hotel~
The room is large and has all the facilities. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, with a large bathtub, and welcome fruits and milk!
The room attendant {Han Yanting} provided thoughtful and meticulous service. She drew the curtains, prepared the bed and slippers in advance at night, and specially brewed lemon tea. I felt at home. Thumbs up👍

Attentive Service: The front desk staff were warm and professional, handled check-in quickly, and proactively offered travel advice. Room service was also very responsive.
Excellent Facilities: The room was clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding and good soundproofing. The bathroom was equipped with high-end toiletries and the shower had strong water pressure.
Outstanding Dining: The breakfast offered a rich selection of both Chinese and Western dishes, including a live noodle station and local specialty snacks.
Added Perks: Complimentary welcome fruit and late check-out service exceeded my expectations.
The only downsides were the long wait times for elevators during peak hours and the less-than-ideal view from the room window. Overall, great value for money. I would recommend it to friends and consider staying again!

Our recent stay at this supposedly 5-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. While the hotel clearly invested heavily in aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that looks fantastic in photos, the design seemed to prioritize form over function, ultimately compromising our comfort. Sadly, this became a deal-breaker for us.
The most glaring issue was the room's ventilation and temperature control—or lack thereof. We visited in early March, and the entire building was excessively heated. Despite being from a tropical country and accustomed to warm weather, I found myself sweating in shorts and a singlet. The staff, though polite and eager to help, seemed powerless to address the issue. They provided us with a small portable AC unit, which was better than nothing, but it was clear from their demeanor that this was a recurring problem for guests.
Sleeping was a nightmare. The only way to cool the room slightly was to keep the windows open, but this meant having the blinds and curtains up, allowing outside noise and light to flood in. The choice was between sleeping in a sauna-like environment or enduring the disturbances from outside. Needless to say, we had a terrible night's sleep and were relieved to check out after just one night.
On a positive note, the service was impeccable. The staff truly deserve recognition for their efforts to assist guests despite the limitations they faced. The breakfast spread was also a highlight—delicious, varied, and reasonably priced, especially if you inform them in advance about adding breakfast to your stay. The room amenities were top-notch, and the spaciousness of the room added to the overall sense of luxury. We got a family suite which was plenty spacious and came with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bathtubs and a living area.
However, these positives couldn’t outweigh the discomfort caused by the poor temperature regulation. During our trip, we stayed in four different cities across China, and this was the only hotel that lacked proper air conditioning and heating controls. For a 5-star establishment, this is a significant oversight.
In conclusion, while the hotel excels in aesthetics, service, and amenities, the lack of a well-thought-out solution for room temperature is a major drawback. Management needs to address this issue with a long-term fix. After all, no matter how beautiful a hotel looks, it’s hard to appreciate it when you can’t get a good night’s rest.

The room was spacious enough to move around freely, and the bathroom was clean with a great wet/dry separation. It offered excellent value for money. Our housekeeper, Lily, was incredibly attentive, checking in daily, responding to our needs promptly, and even leaving us small gifts 🎁. It was a pleasant surprise to stay at Hutuo Hotel! The location is excellent, close to the scenic area and commercial area. The room is spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the daily cleaning service is meticulous and thoughtful. The front desk is warm and professional 24 hours a day, and responds to any problems in seconds. The breakfast is rich in variety, and the local snacks are very authentic. I especially like the balcony in the room, which can take in the natural scenery of Hutuo River. The price-performance ratio is super high, whether it is a business trip or a tourist vacation, it is highly recommended, and I will definitely choose here next time!

I could easily fit my suitcases and backpacks in the room, and still had plenty of room to move around without feeling cramped. The decor was standard business-style, simple and practical, with a relaxing color scheme. Most importantly, the room facilities were well-maintained, showing no signs of wear and tear, creating a clean and tidy first impression.
Although the room had an interior window (no exterior view), the ventilation system was excellent, eliminating any issues with stuffiness or odors, which was a real plus.
Also, the front desk service was truly pleasant, and the follow-up visit after my stay enhanced the overall experience.
