It's worth mentioning that the staff, from the front desk to the restaurant and floor staff, are very proactive and enthusiastic, providing professional and attentive service, making guests feel truly at home – commendable! The restaurant offers a buffet breakfast with a wide variety of food, including small main dishes daily. Lunch and dinner are à la carte; the chefs here are excellent, preparing delicious and generous portions with good taste. Those with small appetites should order carefully! 😂 The hotel's location is excellent; the cable car to the scenic area is to the left of the hotel entrance; cross the road, cross the small bridge, and turn right to enter the scenic area.

The overall experience of the hotel is great! The location is excellent and the travel is convenient, the room is clean and tidy, there is no smell, the bedding is soft and comfortable to sleep well. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the check-in and check-out efficiency is high, and the cleaning aunt is also very caring. Complete facilities and toiletries are easy to use, sound insulation effect is good, quiet and not noisy, cost-effective, next time I come to choose this one, highly recommended!

They went above and beyond to make my stay truly worthwhile, always attentive, warm, and ready to help. Their dedication and hospitality made a real difference and left a lasting impression. The hotel is very conveniently located, super close to the subway station and easy to reach from the train station. There are lots of facilities available at the hotel at different prices: kids playground and sauna’s, swimming pool, spa, massages etc. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel for families that want to have a relaxing trip.

I was very pleased with my stay! First, the room felt spacious and comfortable. I could easily fit my suitcases and backpacks in the room, and still had plenty of room to move around without feeling cramped. The decor was standard business-style, simple and practical, with a relaxing color scheme. Most importantly, the room facilities were well-maintained, showing no signs of wear and tear, creating a clean and tidy first impression. Although the room had an interior window (no exterior view), the ventilation system was excellent, eliminating any issues with stuffiness or odors, which was a real plus. Also, the front desk service was truly pleasant, and the follow-up visit after my stay enhanced the overall experience.
