"The owner of the B&B is really polite and helpful. Before you go to your room he will recommend you places to eat, sightseeing locations and so on. The room was also spacious and clean."
"Beautiful place with nice restaurants, cafes, gardens and DIY activities. We had enjoyable and interesting DIY experience doing the Indigo dyeing. Teacher are very patient. Each cottage is unique and the stay was very comfortable. Restaurants serves delicious vegetarian hot pot. Desserts at the cafe was pretty and yummy."
"Although the weather wasn't ideal, the guesthouse was beautiful overall, the rooms were lovely, and the bed was comfortable. However, we encountered some inconsiderate people who took our slippers and crammed their own shoes into our shoe cabinet, leaving us with no extra slippers, which made us a little upset."
"Amazing stay! Had a great, quiet time in Sanyi. Beds were comfy, bathtubs were clean, shower was hot, facilities are well-equipped, and just a really good place to have a nice, quiet moment."
"Our quad room in the log cabin was spotless, and the bathroom was impeccably clean – not a speck of dust anywhere. The room had no strange smells or dampness, and it was quiet at night, making it easy to sleep. Plus, breakfast was included in the morning."
"We stayed here for 2 night. We booked a double room but didn't expect the room to be so small. Our room was located on the third floor and we had to carry our heavy suitcases up the stairs. Room is clean although small. Amenities include shower gel, shampoo, kettle, hairdryer, dehumidifier etc. Breakfast is not bad. They have dishes to go along with porridge or rice and bread with peanut, butter or Nutella spread to toast. If you are up for a simple lodging. This is recommended. Owner is also very friendly."

Excellent
GGuest UserWe’re a family of four with two young kids (ages 4 and 8), and we had a wonderful stay here. The service from the staff was truly excellent. We ordered breakfast for two mornings but needed to leave before 9am—yet the team kindly made alternative arrangements for us without any hesitation, which we really appreciated. The breakfast itself was cafe-standard and really enjoyable. The room was thoughtfully equipped, and we especially loved the hot air blower in the bathroom. It helped keep the kids warm after their showers, which was such a considerate touch. Although there’s no lift to Level 3, the staff took the initiative to help us with our luggage, making everything hassle-free. We also enjoyed a lovely view overlooking Miaoli, and the sunset from our room was beautiful. The space felt cosy, comfortable, and perfect for families. We’d definitely love to return the next time we’re in Miaoli!
TTravelerAnsThis guesthouse is perfect for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle. With a beautiful stream right next door, it's ideal for enjoying water activities and barbecuing (you can bring your own BBQ gear). The scenery is absolutely stunning. The hostess is incredibly warm and thoughtful! I highly recommend visiting this guesthouse.
SSajiaaThe boss said there is an announcement on the platform and I need to inform you if I am going out. But I didn't see this announcement on Trip.com When I returned home, the anti-theft system was beeping and I felt that my boss was very unhappy. But the landlady is very welcoming and the room is very clean.
GGuest UserI was really satisfied with my stay at ”Zhe Juan Meng Tian.” The staff were friendly and polite, which made me feel very comfortable. They also provided breakfast, so overall, the value for money was excellent. After checking out, I realized I'd forgotten some clothes. To my surprise, they actually called me to let me know and even offered to mail them back. That's incredibly thoughtful. I'll definitely stay here again if I get the chance!
GGuest UserReviewing this hotel based on its luxury positioning and pricing. Room was nice with the onsen inside and good cleanliness. Snacks and healthy drinks were provided as well and free of charge. 2 public outdoor onsen areas - one naked area split by gender, one general swimsuit area. Very nice to have a free hot drink after soaking in the onsen. Breakfast had a good spread. Service was decent and friendly but not to the level of most luxury hotels. Note that check out time is rather early but it was not an issue for us as we were heading off to another place. Limited food options for dinner around the area within walking distance, your options are to have the hotel buffet dinner (which is of course more pricey) / 1-2 casual restaurants / convenience store food.
ZzattieThe room is big and clean. A quiet place with a Family Mart opposite. A nice cafe and a nice eatery place which I went twice within a min walking distance There are more at the back but i didn't explore further. Owners are very nice people. In fact, the people I met are nice, friendly and helpful. The girls from the Cafe even helped me to book a car and accompanied me to wait for it. Owners are friendly and chatted with me causally for awhile, suggesting places I should go etc.
VViv.CLove the calm and peaceful environment away from the city hustle… indeed a relaxing days spend enjoying hot spring indoor and outdoor… friendly service form the hotel staff as well.
GGuest UserThe environment is great, the service is very good and patient, and they are willing to accompany guests and wait for guests even when it is very late. The room was huge and so was the bathroom. You can pick strawberries nearby, but unfortunately it rained so we didn't go. . The cat in the shop seems a bit fierce, so I don't dare to approach it.
GGuest UserThe best hot spring hotel in Taiwan! Definitely guarantee! Actually after visited slightly more then 50 hot spring hotels in the whole Taiwan, Sunrise Spring Hotel is probably the most underrated hotel, cause it has the best water in Taiwan, amazing sauna, beautiful location views, friendly staff, nice and clean rooms with very comfortable price! Wish them good luck and successful business!
