Very tidy & clean. I love they have air purifier which can also function as clothes dryer, and the clothes hanging rack. These are very useful when you have a kid who constantly has clothes to be washed. The air purifier can dry kids clothes overnight. Staff is very helpful at the reception.

Exotic European architecture "Inn RoseThe "La Rive Gauche", in France in the nineteenth century, represented an abundance of artistic and humanistic thought. Therefore, there were many places where literati, poos, and philosophers lingered, and thinkers and philosophers contemplated. We look forward to bringing a new brand to Daxi Old Street with a new atmosphere with high-quality homestays and unique "Mixed Chinese and Western Creative Cuisine"! Let the old street culture continue to be combined with the new era, so that travelers from all over the world who reside in the Rose Left Bank Manor will know the literary and artistic stories here, and generate more inspiration and cultural heritage~

The room was quite large and very clean, with a comfortable wooden color scheme throughout. It was just quite far from the station; thankfully, it was accessible by motorcycle, as walking would have been too far.

The counter staff were very friendly. The hotel is located very close to Daxi Old Street. There is ample parking space, so you don't have to worry about not having a seat. Breakfast was provided the next morning. I will stay here again if I have the chance.
I think this family stay at Mushanju is very comfortable for my family. The room is clean and bright, the air is fresh, natural and secluded. If there is a preferential price, I will recommend many friends and family to stay here together!

Very Good
CCharlene teeLove the room, clean and spacious. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Room is exactly what you seen on trip.com/hotel site. Water dispensers x2 on the floor, mine was level 9. Complimentary chips and drinks. Accessing to the place via HSR, whereby have to navigate the luggages through the stone roads of Gloria Outlet posed slight challenge. Signs in Gloria outlet is a bit lacking after exited from HSR station. Nearby hotel has lots of restaurants and eateries, and food court in landmark mall or in Gloria outlet. And the link bridge between Gloria outlet and Landmark mall/hotel opens 11am, so have to watch out on this should you have an earlier plane or journey to make. I have a picture of how they worked out, so hope is helpful.
NNICOLETTTTTTTTEConvenient location with convenience stores and night market nearby. It is a slight walk away from the airport metro but it is easily navigable. Overall, it is up to my expectations and the staff are generally very approachable and helpful.
JJulieHsyeThis is the closest hotel to the airport, and there's a shuttle bus service every half hour between the airport and the hotel. You need to book the shuttle before midnight, but after midnight, no reservation is required since there are more people taking the shuttle in the morning.
GGuest UserI stayed at the Benz hotel for a 4 day shopping and foodie trip at the end of February 2026 and it turned out to be a gem. I arrived late around 23:00 and was greeted by a friendly staff that had my room ready. I had just taken a short 18 minute walk to the hotel from the A22 Laojie River Station where I arrived on the direct blue commuter train from the airport. At first I could not find the Benz hotel entrance, but after asking for directions I was pointed to the front desk of the Bentley hotel where on the wall behind the desk clerks are both hotel names, Bentley and Benz. When I had booked the room the Bentley was offered at a slightly higher cost, and seeing I was on a budget trip alone, I booked the Benz. After checking in, I was directed to the Benz hotel elevator around the corner of the front desk. Further down are the elevators for the Bentley, here is the noticeable difference between the two hotels, The Benz is one elevator approximately 3 feet by 6 feet, and the Bentley has 2 very large beautiful elevators. When I got to my room I did my normal checks for bugs, cleanliness and non-smell. All had passed with flying colors. The room was great with amenities and plenty in size. The bed was firm but not hard, the TV was hard to hear when the AC was running but besides those things it's a great deal and place to stay. The breakfast was outstanding. Healthy, fresh and hot and a new menu each day. It was more in the asian style and not like your western style, which I much prefer. The coffee machine was perfect and the selection of food was abundant. Overall I would stay again. Public transportation was close by, Taxi, Trains and bus stations within blocks and easy walking. The street has a lot of construction and could be rather intimidating, if you are not the type that can feel comfortable with the odd surroundings that are here.
SSunboamamWe stayed in room 206 this visit. It's actually the second consecutive week we've been assigned this particular room. The bathtub was quite luxurious, even though we rarely take baths. It was a thoughtful touch that they provided bath salts. Every room comes with complimentary coffee for brewing, and ice is also available. Breakfast offered a buffet with options like steak or large prawns. It was delicious!
BBetaLinWe came here to celebrate my son's birthday and also dined at the Jì Izakaya next door. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, from the elevator to the front desk, and we were offered welcome drinks. The location is excellent – it's within easy walking distance to Taymall, which is super convenient. Parking is available, the breakfast was good, and it's close to the airport.
GGuest UserLocated in the city center, it's very convenient for getting around. A pedestrian street is right outside, and the night market is just a 10-15 minute walk away. The long-distance bus station is also nearby. However, there's no parking.
FFranzcessWe chose this hotel primarily because of its proximity to Taoyuan Airport, as we had a 19-hour layover in Taiwan. Since I was traveling with seniors, we decided to book a hotel rather than stay at the airport. The taxi ride to the hotel cost us around NTD 200, and the hotel arranged a return taxi to the airport for the same price—just make sure to let them know in advance. The room was spacious and clean, and there were water dispensers on every floor, in addition to bottled water provided in the room. We had to leave for the airport by 5 a.m. the next day, and the hotel kindly prepared breakfast for us ahead of time. Overall, it was a great hotel experience, and we will definitely stay here again during our next layover in May.
JJodieGThe staff were really lovely and I'm sure that had I have spoken Chinese, the things I'm about to say would've been different as I would've been able to explain them over the phone and get them rectified.
CONS: I didn't get there until almost 1 am due to a flight delay and then missing the last MTR, so by the time I did get there all I wanted was a hot bath and a quiet night's sleep.
Firstly, the room had definitely had smokers in it previously. They may have done a treatment but it was still noticeable.
Secondly, there was 'hair' in the bathtub from a previous occupant. So I definitely didn't use it.
Thirdly, I got almost no sleep – even though the bed was really comfortable – because the smoke alarm in the room needed its battery replaced and spent all night making that very loud high-pitched sound that you cannot ignore!
Now again, had I've been able to pick up the phone and ask them to come and sort it, it could have been a different story, but...
PROS: the room was a great size, and the bathroom had both a spa bath and a walk-in shower. It also was very large and is well set up for customers to drive their vehicle into the ground floor of the unit then go up the stairs to the first floor where the actual room is. The staff were very nice and welcoming even though I arrived so late and even gave me some instant noodle cups. I also got a voucher for breakfast, but didn't end up getting to use it as I was too tired to get out of bed and go there before it finished.
I may not be the target clientele for this establishment, and while this particular stay had farcical elements, now that I know what it's like and how it works, I probably would stay there again simply due to how nice the staff were. It's not their fault that I don't speak Chinese.
