GGuest UserThe hotel is a bit of old but well maintained. It’s not in the city center but has a few restaurants around. It’s in a quiet neighborhood. However, the refrigerator did make a lot of noise in my room. Other than that, everything is good.

GGuest UserThe hotel was aesthetically pleasing and well-maintained, with good services including breakfast and complimentary snacks. Staff were extremely helpful and polite, and a member of staff was on hand at reception to check me in even though I arrived late in the evening. My room was huge and amazing value, and was set up for me beautifully. The location, while not central in Mainz, was reasonably well-connected to the city centre via public transport -- the bus stop was a ten-minute walk downhill from the hotel through very pretty neighbourhoods with regional charm.
