"Location is excellent with walking distance from themain railway station in Dortmund. Another advantage is that the bus stop for the airport express, which is opposite the railway station on the left hand side is also only a five minute walk. The reception was very helpful and supportive. The room was clean nd quite. Wifi worked well. Behind the hotel are many shops and restaurants in about 10 minutes walk."

AAnonymous UserGreat place, easy to find and close to centrum. They have no parking, but there are enough parking places nearby. All day access to coffee or tea and an extensive breakfast, lots of choices and fresh. Only downside was that the roof bar is closed in winter time temporarily They have an elevator .

AAnonymous UserWe had a wonderful trip. The hotel was clean and tidy. The staff were very kind and friendly! On the last day, I was very sick, and the receptionist gave me fresh lemon and mint to make this tea with honey. That really helped a lot. Ich bin Ihnen dafür sehr dankbar!

AAnonymous UserEverything was great except the fact that you are supposed to tell 2 days ahead of your arrival that you will check-in. That's unusual when you booked your hotel in advance. Eventually I could reach them a day before my arrival and it was no problem to check-in ahead of time for an ”early-check in” fee.

GGuest UserWhile checking out this morning the manager at the hotel said the credit card Trip.com provided kept getting declined, so we were forced to pay twice. While I understand there was an issue with the trip.com payment, this should be handled by the hotel and the booking service. Or they should have alerted me earlier during my stay and not while I was about to check out with a travel connection that was close to being missed. Instead of public transport I had to spend 25 euro on a taxi to get to the train station.
