WWaixiI recently stayed at the Medici Lifestyle Hotel and had a lot to say about the experience. The hotel has a very unique style, as if you were in a museum, and the overall atmosphere and decoration were impressive.
Pros:
Specialty style: The hotel's decoration style is very unique and full of artistic atmosphere. Whether it is the lobby, corridors or public areas, there are many artworks and antiques, as if you are in a private museum, which is very worth watching.
Location: The hotel is located in the city center, surrounded by many attractions and restaurants, and it is very convenient to travel. This saves us a lot of time and energy when visiting the city.
Service: The hotel's service is very thoughtful. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful, and the check-in and check-out procedures are very smooth. The room service is also timely and meets our various needs.
Facilities: The hotel has complete facilities, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the beds are comfortable. The gym and other public facilities are also well maintained and very convenient to use.
Cons:
Decoration in the room: Although the overall style is unique, the decoration in the room can sometimes make people feel a little scary. The design of some artworks and antiques is exaggerated, which may not suit every guest's taste, especially when alone at night, it may feel uncomfortable.
Overall, the Medici Life Hotel is a very special accommodation choice. Its unique museum style and artistic environment are very suitable for travelers who like art and culture. Although the decoration in the room may be a bit scary, it does not affect the overall accommodation experience. AAnonymous UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options to start the day. The location was also very convenient, close to shops and attractions. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

GGuest UserThe service was inflexible and impersonal. My check-in time was 3 PM, and they wouldn't let me check in even five minutes early, claiming the room wasn't ready. Yet, magically, five minutes later, all rooms were suddenly cleaned. Housekeeping only started on the second day, and it was a very sloppy job, not the quality I'm used to from Holiday Inn. I've stayed at this hotel before and had a good experience, even recommending it to friends. This time, I was very disappointed.

DDominic_chinaGood location if you use Düsseldorf Hbf is your priority, as it is just a 3-5 minute walk from the trains and trams, making it perfect for early departures or late arrivals.
The staff were friendly and welcoming.
The room was clean but not very spacious, however I had a small balcony which was a nice addition. The furniture leans towards ”dated” but still very acceptable for me.
Rooms on the street side can be quite noisy despite having good windows. If you are a light sleeper, ask for a room facing the courtyard or bring some earplugs.
Breakfast was fine and kept stocked while it was very busym

GGuest UserThe room was simple but clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, and its walls had a unique design, as shown in pictures two and three. The entire hotel felt new, and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely consider staying here again.

The towels were fluffy, pure white, and high-quality.
The sheets were clean, and the room was thoroughly cleaned.
There was an in-room oil heater, so I could easily adjust the temperature.
From the window of my 6th-floor room, I could see the birds chirping in formation in the apartment across the street.
The shower had plenty of water pressure, although adjusting the temperature was a little difficult.
The room itself is old, but the walls had been nicely repainted.
One thing to note, however, is that the elevator only goes up to the 5th floor, so if you're assigned a single room on the 6th floor, you'll have to carry your heavy suitcase up the stairs by yourself. If you're not confident in your physical strength and mobility, it's best to choose a room on the 5th floor or lower.

There is no capsule coffee machine in the room, strange for this level of the hotel. The bathroom has no hair conditioner. In general the hotel is pulled on a good crack, but not more. I will not stop in it anymore, expensive for this level of service.

Www521The hotel is relatively new and convenient for transportation. It is about 10 minutes' drive from the Düsseldorf Exhibition Hall. The breakfast is quite rich, but the cost is a bit high during the exhibition.
