This is our favourite hotel in Nuremberg!! Attention to detail on every step of the experience, their crews were simply amazing! They are happy to serve you, not one person but every staff that I encountered. I got a surprise birthday cake in my room with a hand written note, am truly grateful and heartfelt. Little hi hiccup at check but got an upgrade so no matter!  Service was great, breakfast choices excellent, location next to main station, and a few steps into the old city, would recommend staying here!!!

Very convenient location from the central station, just take the lift from the platform down to the passage underneath, one way to the hotel and another way to the shopping mall. Stay away from the busy old town but can walk their in 10 minutes. Improvement on the instruction to the hotel from the cental station : direct the customers to take the lift at the end of the platform, after reaching the passage underneath, go towards the larger numbers of platform and the exit for the hotel will be there. When we arrived at the station, there were so many people going up and down and no indication for lifts, maybe in German!
