The view is breathtaking, the room is clean and cozy, the host and staff are so friendly & helpful, and the breakfast is tasty. I had a fantastic stay!

Excellent location, opposite oia bus stop/ taxi stand, 300m walk to Santorini icon blue white church. Good kitchen facilities, actual per picture. Bring your own towel, self check in instructions will be given, communication with the host is through WhatsApp. No direct bus to airport, transit to fira is required at EUR 2 per route, earliest bus to Fira is 7.30 am. Highly recommended.

The location is great, at the entrance to the main road in Oia, with beautiful views. At night, the moonlight reflected on the sea level is very romantic. We were looking forward to the cave house and were very satisfied.

Stayed in Santorini for 3 nights and stayed in 2 hotels🏨. The first night was in a more expensive cave hotel, and then we moved to this hotel. Although this room does not have a sea view and can only see a small corner of the Blue Domed Church Santorini from the room, the reception and bell boy here are much friendlier. The receptionist's smile was very friendly, and the bell boy was happy to carry our luggage from near the previous hotel to Museum Project Oia. On the day of departure, they carried our luggage to the bus station. They will also prepare a rich breakfast for us🥣. After it is ready, they will knock on our door and ask us to enjoy it by the pool. The hotel room is a bit small and cannot be fully opened into a big room. There is a small table in the room, which is filled with coffee machine, water pot, cups, phones, etc. Be extra careful when using it to avoid the domino effect of knocking everything down. Glad we chose to have breakfast by the pool instead of in the room. I really can't imagine how to eat in the room🍴There are power switches on each side of the bed. There is a wardrobe near the door. The bathroom is a bit small. There is no shower curtain in the bathtub, and there is no glass to block it, so when you take a shower🛁, the entire bathroom will get wet. There is a small window in the bathroom facing the back street, but it cannot be closed tightly, so you can clearly hear the sounds from the street. Fortunately, there are no cars to reach it, but there are pedestrians passing by occasionally, so it is not too noisy. The hotel provides personal cleaning products, and they are from the famous Greek brand Korres! There is no direct passage from the hotel room to the swimming pool. We had to walk to the crowded shopping street, turn a corner, and walk into an alley before we could reach the swimming pool. So if you want to swim, wearing only a swimsuit and bathrobe will be a bit embarrassing😳, and it will be a bit troublesome to dress neatly. But from the busy shopping street to the quiet swimming pool, lying on the large round outdoor chair, looking at the cloudless sky, watching the kittens walking by, and listening to the sounds of the birds, I felt so comfortable again. It's just that the swimming pool is not a heated pool. We stayed in the hotel in June and still felt the water temperature was cold. Although the breakfast is not buffet style, it is very rich. The portion for one person includes fruit/Greek cheese, salad/Greek scrambled eggs, 2 slices of French bread🥖, toast/pancake, orange juice, and hot drink. For ladies, the portion is really large and you may not be able to finish it all, or you may be so full that you don’t need to eat lunch. Overall, the hotel is highly recommended. The location is convenient, right on the shopping street, and it takes less than 10 minutes to get to the bus station. The room was also cleaned 🧹.

Since it was before the main tourist season, there was only one other guest, and they treated us with incredible kindness. The hotel is located at the entrance to Oia, so it takes about a 5-minute walk to reach the main area with the white houses. However, this actually added to the charming, rustic atmosphere, which I really enjoyed.

It is located just a short walk from the Oia bus stop. Access is no problem. It's in the opposite direction from where you can see the sunset, so if you're looking forward to that, we recommend a different hotel. You can see the sea from your room.

The most important thing to know is that this isn't a hotel. It's a guesthouse! And after reading the reviews, I immediately realized this and wanted to go there. And I wasn't disappointed at all. I felt like I'd landed in a big Greek family (it was my grandson's birthday), where I was welcomed as one of their own, and I felt very comfortable and at home. I felt like I was visiting my grandparents on vacation. I don't understand people writing negatively about the hosts – no respect for their age! I can imagine how difficult it is for them to maintain such a large house. This is a house with history, the home of the people who made Santorini what we know it as today. My room was small, but the bed was comfortable, the shower had hot water, and everything I needed was there. In the morning, the hostess fed me a full breakfast, even though it wasn't included. The chocolate cake was incredible! The sunset on the rooftop was stunning. All the top locations are literally steps away, but I didn't even want to leave. I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates warmth, authenticity, and history.

This hotel is in a good location and closes to the public bus stop. Also, it can easily get to shops and restaurants. Facilities are good. Staff are very friendly.
