The location is very good. The seaview is very beautiful. Mr. Andreaw is very helpful and nice, he introduced a very good restaurant for our dinner and the food iwas great. He drove the golf car to take us to the carpark and help us bring our luggage. All the staff in this hotel were helpful and friendly. The staff in the restaurant, were very polite and professional and the chef cook excellent breadkfast to us. Only one thing is if follow the google will direct you to the wrong way cannot find the hotel. Better contact the hotel lead you to find them before you arrive. As the car is not park in the hotel . Rovinj is a very beautiful place! I will stay in this hotel again.

Perfect location if you’re visiting Plitvice. There are restaurants nearby. Just be mindful of you didn’t book the apartment room then there won’t be any kitchen. However there are still fridge and kettle, sufficient for one night stay.

The hotel was very clean, and there was parking right behind it. I stayed for four days and three nights and was very satisfied. The hotel is located right on the seafront, with a small road separating them, giving you a great view of both the sea and Rovinj's Old Town from the hotel terrace. To the right of the hotel is the Old Town, and a 10-minute walk along the sea will take you to the center of the Old Town. To the left is the seafront, lined with luxury hotels. The coastal walking path and coastal park are well-maintained, so I highly recommend taking a stroll. In short, the hotel's location is perfect. Breakfast was served from 8:00 AM, and honestly, it was so delicious that I ate it every day of my stay. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly. On the third day, we drove to nearby Pula and explored the surrounding area. The surrounding canyon coastline is well-developed, making it worth a drive. Rovinj was a great choice for our first Istrian beach trip, and staying at this hotel was an even better choice. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend it.

Amazing little Villa turned into a hotel/ house with a lovely Seaview, Dining and living room which reminds me of nona’s time- personalized home made breakfast- and lovely staff! Renovated Rooms and modern bathroom with Seaview and balcony! And with fancy L’Occitanne products. I’ll go back for sure!

Overall, it was a good experience. It's a bit far from the center, but the staff were helpful and the environment was nice. If you have a car, you can ignore the distance.

Great location inside the island. Guests get the full island so that is great. Lot of fun activities to do and for all age groups

It was a very nice, relaxing holiday. We had new towels every day and everything was cleaned. The apartment is a little old. But the facility was excellent.
