GGuest UserI've stayed here twice, the service is good, the room is very comfortable and clean, the garden area is also clean. The food in the restaurant is delicious. The kids are happy, I'm happy too.

RRimmarkitStayed for 2 days at El Royal. The location is very strategic, close to Jatim Park 2, in front of souvenir shops and a mosque. Complete facilities include a large grass field for playing soccer, a playground (indoor and outdoor), a mini trampoline, a swimming pool, a fish pond, and kids' activities. The food is varied and quite tasty. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and clean. The only downside is that the heater is difficult to adjust and can sometimes be too hot. Overall, it's very comfortable, and I would recommend to stay here again

GGuest UserThe hotel lobby is huge with a bakery and a lounge. The swimming pool is good for children as it has a slide. From the hotel lobby to the rooms is quite a distance as you need to take a lift and walk across to another building and may require you to take another lift if your room is not on the same floor to the connector bridge. Breakfast spread is good but some food gets cold fast. Need to improve on the nasi goreng as it is tasteless.

GGuest UserBooked 3 rooms with a reasonable price at high season. Location is nearby shopping mall and attractions. Highly recommended for family w kids as the hotel come with family suite. Only downside is the hotel doesnt provide free breakfast.
