"One of my friends recommended this hotel.I booked and stayed 3 days. Breakfast is brilliant. Staffs are very helpful. Very good location. I will recommed my friends who have plan to visit Jakarta."
"Spacious enough. Love the kindness of the receptionist. Easy to find, near malls. Breakfast is buffet style with different cuisine and its quite fine. Will surely stay here on my next business trip."
"Hands down this hotel is probably the most enjoyable stay I had in Jakarta. Check-in was easy and the lobby just says luxury. Secured card access to rooms and even the swimming pool and gym. Good sized swimming pool with unblocked sky scraper views. Went at 6:15 am it was just lovely. Breakfast spread was okay, and definitely appreciate the warm hospitality from the staff. Recommended, especially when there’s no traffic sounds around at all times."
"Unique vibe, suburban feel but city skyline view... just right. Not too far from everything, but far enough from the noise. Could stay in all day, gym's great, rooftop cafe's awesome... street food nearby's a bonus. Rain might be an issue, but overall... really nice. Would recommend.”"
"Spacious room, nice view of the city. Free mini bar of 4 canned drinks refilled each day. Very comfortable bed and incredibly smooth bed covers and sheets. Very friendly and helpful staff, some of them will say ‘good morning’ ‘hello sir’ when they see you. A pity that the room is on the 10th floor, the view of the shower room is blocked by the structure outside the building, suggest to ask for a higher floor, and the lifts do not go to 5th floor breakfast restaurant and the 17th floor of gym and pool. Need to go down to G/f and change lift. Not very convenient. The swimming pool is not very big but with nice view and atmosphere. Many choices available in breakfast, from local to western dishes. The egg, noodles and soup stations are pretty nice, though other precooked hot dishes are not kept very hot. Recommend the ‘Whiterock Terrace’ on G/f which provide tasty burger and cocktails with very reasonable price."
"Friendly staff, cleanliness, great location, comfortable rooms, good value and fast respond. An unforgettable stay! The hotel's elegant design and top-notch service made my trip truly memorable. I can't wait to return."
"Great experiences, clean, friendly staff and tasty food just like my own apartement. Really great experience stay here. The most important is photo real 100% with the real room, so lovee."
"The hotel is relatively new, gives you excellent service and the facilities are great. On the day of arrival the hotel couldn’t offer me the room I initially booked and they upgraded me to another room directly. Facilities like the gym, pool, cafe and the restaurant meet the expectations of a 5 star hotel. Due to the location you often have to face traffic, but other than that it’s worth staying there. Good value for money."

GGuest UserStayed there with my mum for 4D3N on 31 March, upgraded to Garden View Suite on 22nd floor. Room was equipped with kitchennette, hall and two toilets. Access to Raffles Club facilities comes with free breakfast, high tea and evening cocktail for two. You may choose to have breakfast at Raffles Club or the Art Cafe (buffet).
GGuest UserBooked for 3 nights. Breakfast quality is super. Room clean and all well maintained and modern style. Thanks the management to arrange high floor and best view for me. Will back to this hotel again.
GGuest UserJW Marriot resort in heart of city . Superb service level displaying great hospitality . Amazing breakfast and executive meals . Suite size and excellent amenities especially gym , pool is resort type not for lap swim . Counter and service personnel of International standard . Like it
GGuest UserI booked a 1 night stay here for work/solo travel and I was pretty impressed by the overall service, cleanliness and interior decor. For someone travelling alone for the first time to Jakarta, the hotel felt safe. Breakfast was a mix of alacarte and coffee+pastries buffet and the ambience was perfect if you needed to do work/research for your itinerary! The only downside was the noise/live music at night. The vibrations were loud making it a little difficult to doze off BUT my stay was still beyond expectations so im happy. I would really come back again. Thanks team for making my stay a pleasurable one.
GGuest UserPros: 1. Located in near pondok indah area, it is really easy to stroll around pondok indah and go on and off PIM 2. The room is clean and spacious, I love how they divided the closet room and the sleeping room in superior deluxe 3. Good facilities in the hotel such as spas, swimming pools, gym 4. The staff are really nice and helpful 5. The breafast is tasty, not much of a choice but still tastes great! Cons: 1. The restaurant and lobby are pretty small, so it's easily packed. You better get breakfast early when peak season to get a seat 2. Because the lobby and reception are small, it took times to check in or out, but there's not much place to sit down while waiting. Lastly, this is not a pros and cons but more of a hotel policy for safety deposit approximately around 300K . You will get it back shortly after checking out.
