"Had a great stay in platinum hotel surabaya. Also have massage therapy service and can go to our own room"

"Good location near river and Tunjungan plaza which is a massive mall and loads of places to eat including food courts. Clothing especially from Indonesian stores are good value. Hotel very clean and comfy bed and pillows. Bathroom little small in family room but good to have separate seating area with more space. Breakfast not bad not loads of options but perfectly fine. NB: very very steep hill to get to front entrance which is near impossible for a taxi to climb with a turn as well."

"What A classic Hotel... Such a beautiful hotel"

"The location is super convenient, just right opposite the Tunjungan Plaza. The staff are polite and greet us with a smile whenever they see us. The room is clean and the bed is so comfortable. My only suggestion is maybe they can provide bathrobes in the rooms."

"Nice hotel modern upmarket solid Indonesian brand few teething issues with it being new i am sure they will sort out eventually only thing i can take away was pool was a bit too busy with kids… also felt a bit dangerous so many kids running around unattended and so high up"

"🛍️ Next Stop: Pakuwon Mall & Stay at Vasa Hotel Surabaya! 🏨 From Jalan Tunjungan to Pakuwon Mall – the shopping hopping continues! 🛍️ Pakuwon Mall is a massive, upscale shopping haven, perfect for fashion, dining, and lifestyle finds. A true paradise for shopaholics! ✨ Along the way, I spotted a bank called Bank Ina – ha ha, not mine, but it felt reassuring since shopping definitely needs a solid bank to back it up! 💳😂 After a full day of retail therapy, we checked in at Vasa Hotel Surabaya – and it totally lives up to the reviews! 🌟 🍽️ Breakfast Like a King 👑 – An enormous spread covering Indonesian, Korean, Japanese, Indian, and Western cuisines. A true international feast! 🍛🍣🍜🍗 ✔️ Pecal Bu Naning – Traditional Javanese salad with peanut sauce 🥗 ✔️ Sushi, Ramen & Tempura – Japanese delights 🍣🍤 ✔️ Indian Cuisine – Flavorful curries & roti 🍛 ✔️ Western Chicken Parmigiana – Crispy, cheesy, and oh-so-satisfying! 🍗🧀 I tried a bit of everything, and now my stomach might just burst from over-eating! 😂 But hey, when the food is this good, how can you stop? #VasaHotelSurabaya #BreakfastGoals #PakuwonMall #HotelHopping #ShoppingHopping #FoodieAdventures #TravelCaraSendiri #BankInaButNotMine"

"I had an incredible experience at Bumi Surabaya City Resort, and I can't recommend this hotel enough! Nestled in a lush garden setting right in the heart of Surabaya, excellent service, and beautiful surroundings. The spacious rooms offered stunning views of the city, providing a perfect blend of relaxation and luxury. I particularly enjoyed the rich breakfast buffet, featuring a delightful selection of both local and international dishes, all freshly prepared and delicious. Moreover, the hotel's facilities had a lovely swimming pool surrounded by greenery, two tennis courts, spa and massage ,perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. What truly stood out was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and eager to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. The atmosphere was relaxed, making it an ideal spot for both business and leisure travelers. It’s my second stay at Bumi Surabaya and I look forward to returning in the future.
