GGuest UserI had an exceptional stay at Raffles Jakarta. From the moment I arrived, the level of service was truly outstanding—warm, attentive, and incredibly personalized. The staff went above and beyond to make sure every detail of my stay was perfect.
The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and luxurious, with elegant interiors and stunning city views. Everything felt thoughtfully curated, from the comfortable bedding to the high-end amenities.
One of the highlights was the overall ambiance of the hotel—calm, refined, and artistic. It offers a peaceful escape right in the heart of Jakarta. The dining experience was also excellent, with a great selection of high-quality food.
The location is very convenient, especially with direct access to a shopping mall, making it easy to explore without hassle.
Overall, Raffles Jakarta exceeded my expectations in every way. It’s the perfect choice for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. I would absolutely return.

I stayed at two hotels in Jakarta, and this one was better than the other highly-rated hotel I tried. There was a female staff member, wearing glasses, who was incredibly kind! She even gave me her own hand sanitizer.

SSherry WuwuuuThis hotel is located in the bustling SCBD area, right next to Raffles, making its location excellent. Security is strict, and every staff member is incredibly friendly with great English, making communication a breeze. The breakfast is decent, and the price is reasonable. However, since it's near the embassy district, prices for everything are high, and traffic is notoriously bad.
The room was huge and spotlessly clean, though a bit dated. Considering the price, this is understandable. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for those who want to cook their own meals or are planning a long-term stay. I'd personally recommend it for business travelers or families with young children.
The hotel is directly connected to a mall with a supermarket, but it's not the best for shopping, and the food options are just okay, though very convenient.
There are many restaurants a short distance away. You can call a car to get there, but Grab drivers rarely accept rides due to the heavy traffic. However, the hotel offers its own car service, which is super affordable and fantastic!

Easy drop off and pickup with high security. They also have a breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet but it is a must try.

AArum Octaviani Hadi MulyonoThe hotel is located right in front of the Blok M market area, a busy location with many vehicles often parked directly in front. To access the market, you’ll likely need to maneuver your way through tightly packed cars and motorbikes.
Cleanliness is fairly acceptable.
However, the toilet in the lobby was out of service during my stay. When I asked, the staff directed me to use the toilets at either the Gramedia Bookstore or Kopi Oey restaurant next door — which was quite inconvenient.
The restaurant itself is not part of the main hotel building. Guests have to walk to Kopi Oey for breakfast or other meals. While the semi-open design of the restaurant was initially fine, I had an unpleasant experience when two guests were smoking during breakfast. It really affected my dining experience and left a negative impression.
I stayed on the second floor, and unfortunately, both the Wi-Fi and cellular connection were poor. This was especially frustrating as I was traveling for work and needed stable internet for online meetings.
The elevator is noticeably slower compared to other Fave hotels I’ve stayed in.
There were also some minor disappointments:
No tissue was provided in the room.
My request for an extra bathmat was denied — something I’ve never experienced at other Fave properties.
Lastly, my friend accidentally broke a glass, and we were charged IDR 20,000 for it. While I understand the charge, a little more flexibility or understanding would have been appreciated.
Overall, I found the location too hectic, the amenities lacking, and the service not quite up to par. Sadly, I don’t see myself booking this hotel again.

Upon arrival the initial room assigned was a major letdown, which immediately affected our comfort level. More concerning were the cleanliness issues: we found a stain on the bed linens pillow blanket and the sofa.
On the positive side, the room was very large and spacious, offering plenty of room to move around.
Fortunately, the front desk staff were understanding and professional when we raised these concerns. Manager Arry promptly arranged for us to move to a different room. The second room was much cleaner and significantly improved our stay (I forget to take picture of the second room).
While our initial experience was poor due to the condition of the first room, we appreciate the hotel's quick and effective resolution of the issue.
Breakfast not bad, morethan enough to fill our stomach. For the price we've paid I think worth it, hotel also have afternoon tea on lobby for hotel guests every 5-7pm if I am correct. And hotel also connect to Epiwalk mall, a small mall but there is a supermarket on B1 and plenty restaurant.
Overall The Grove Suite by Grand Aston is recommended especially for family or business.

GGuest UserRoom a bit small but that's ok. One thing that irritated us ( me and my friends, we had 3 rooms x 3 couple) the lack of lighting. Only bedside lamps and 1 above the desk that are not enough to cover the whole room, too dim. Of course there are the entrance way & toilet lights.

DDon Thusitha - AustraliaSwiss Bell Hotel chain is very expensive compare to other 4 star hotels. Not worth for money. There are more 4 star hotels much better than this at lower price in this area. I have experienced that. First room they gave me is disgusting. Not clean and broken room. After I complained they gave me another room with same aminities. Booked as a double guest room. But amenities were for a single person.
Location is very good. Near pondok indah mall. Staff also very good and friendly. But greedy management trying to earn big money, giving lower class hotel to customers. So the problem is Management. Not the staff. Also remember, there is no good seating lobby. Restaurant also high price food and drinks. .
You can get much better hotel at lower price than this is my final conclusion
