From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was smooth and welcoming. The staff was incredibly polite, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. They were quick to respond to any request and always greeted with a warm smile, which made the experience even more pleasant.

GGuest UserThe mattress is clean and sleepy. It is recommended. The breakfast buffet is of good quality and very varied choices (there is actually Yangleduo). It is worth buying, but the sound insulation needs to be strengthened. The overall staff service is also impressive. If you visit again, you will stay again!

GGuest Userit is a relatively new property with modern decor and spacious lounge and dining hall. rooms and bathrooms are fine with very good mattresses which ensures good sleep quality. the staff at reception is very efficient and cooperative.we celebrated our 50th marriage anniversary and were upgraded to a club room with complimentary lounge facility and a lovely cake was offered to us as a loving gesture. we had booked a half board package and the breakfast and dinner both had lots of varieties and many of the dishes were good, however i feel some dishes require improvement. lastly there was live sitar recital which speaks of high taste of the hotel management. the sitarist Mr Shabir performed very well and was very graceful person.the staff every where including restaurant staff was very well trained and m/s Radhika, Tirva, Rupsha and Sonali were very friendly and always eager to help the clients and served with a smile.

GGuest UserMy stay at Taj Skyline was truly wonderful and memorable. The hospitality and professionalism of the staff were outstanding from the moment I arrived. Every team member was courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile.
The rooms were elegant, spacious, and impeccably clean, offering great comfort and beautiful views. The ambience of the hotel reflects true Taj-class luxury. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the dining experience was excellent in every way.
Special appreciation to the staff for their prompt service and attention to detail, which made my stay smooth and relaxing. Taj Skyline truly lives up to the legacy of the Taj brand.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and exceptional service. Looking forward to visiting again!

VVinay BothraThe hotel is under renovation and the entire property (including rooms) smells of toxic paint. There was no information about this renovation on the website while making the booking. The heavy solvent smell gave me a headache and the stay was very unplesant.
