"Location is amazing. But rooms are Okay and needs renovation. Food is good but not the best. For the first time we had a pathetic experience with services. They served 2 pots of tea (Rs 200) which had tea which only 2 people can have. Usually 2 pots means approx 5 people can have tea from it. Further, room service will take bill amount immediately on providing the service. If you go for lunch they will immediately take payment. They will not debit it to your room !!! The room service manager is absolutely rude and needs urgent training on how to behave with customers. Same is the case with guy in Reception. Please also be aware that they will charge hefty amount for early check in. They need to learn a lot from clubs like Rajpath and Karnawati. Overall I will avoid staying over here in future"

"it is a relatively new property with modern decor and spacious lounge and dining hall.  rooms and bathrooms are fine with very good mattresses which ensures good sleep quality. the staff at reception is very efficient and cooperative.we celebrated our 50th marriage anniversary and were upgraded to a club room with complimentary lounge facility and a lovely cake was offered to us as a loving gesture.  we had booked a half board package and the breakfast and dinner both had lots of varieties and many of the dishes were good, however i feel some dishes require improvement. lastly there was live sitar recital which speaks of high taste of the hotel management. the sitarist Mr Shabir performed very well and was very graceful person.the staff every where including restaurant staff was very well trained and m/s Radhika, Tirva, Rupsha and Sonali were very friendly and always eager to help  the clients  and served with a smile."

"The hotel is accessible and the staff is friendly. The reception Piya assist me with my check in and she did a great job. In the restaurant Lolita is super friendly assisting my needs during my breakfast. I definitely come back again. Room are clean and staff is polite and helpful. I will recommend this hotel."

"This property is comfortable with basic amenities and a golf course. There is a major problem of internet though it was listed in the property when i chose it. Mobile network is very poor, so a big drawback. Also, very limited tv channels are available and main national news channels are not available. I had to request the vp to get some main news channels. Food is average with very limited choice. Staff is courteous and helpful and service is good. Golf course is a 09 hole one and well maintained. Recommended only for die hard golfers."
