"The room is more spacious than many other hotels. The table is large and can hold two computers for work. The Greek yogurt for breakfast has a lot of ingredients and a rich breakfast choice. The staff is warm and friendly. It has a balcony with a clothes drying rack."

MMoguangThis was a very satisfying business trip stay. Location & Transportation: The hotel's location is excellent, close to the company I needed to visit and the subway station. There are also plenty of casual dining options and cafes nearby, making it convenient for business meals or personal meals, significantly saving commuting time. Environment & Facilities: The lobby has a dedicated business area, making check-in efficient. The room design is simple and practical, with a spacious desk, soft and bright lighting, and fast internet speed, making document processing and video conferencing no problem at all. The bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. Service & Details: The staff were very professional, proactively asking if I needed an invoice and expense report upon check-out. Room service was prompt, quickly providing extra bottled water and ironing service. The breakfast offered a good mix of Western and Chinese options, with a wide variety of choices, ensuring a satisfying and nutritious start to the day. Overall, this hotel excels in meeting core business travel needs, with excellent facilities and efficient service. It will definitely be my first choice for my next business trip.

GGuest UserI absolutely loved my experience in this hotel! I didn't expect too much at first, but it was clean, a soap and shampoo, clean towels were provided. Even the breakfast was included! A wonderful buffet with a huge choice. For me,as a student and female solo traveller, it was an amazing choice with my budget! I highly recommend it, also the staff was super nice.

GGuest UserBeautiful hotel, at the reception they are very kind and we had a really good time, very clean and above all very welcoming, rooms with beautiful views and very close to the sea... even if for just one night it was a wonderful experience, we will definitely return even for a getaway to Rimini ❤️❤️❤️

GGuest UserI was very happy with the room and it's facilities. I really liked that the safe had a key rather than the key pad which I can never work. I was more than happy with the level of service provided. On my first night I asked reception what plugs were used in the rooms and I was loaned an adapter plug. This was greatly appreciated as I didn't have the correct plug. Also, when I asked for help to call a taxi the night before, at reception, a note was left for the morning reception to call a taxi. True to his word a taxi was called and as stated the taxi arrived within 5 mins. All in all I was very happy with my hotel room, the staff and the location which was very close, to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. I will definitely return to Rimini and the Royal Plaza.

*Location is amazing, very close to the public beach
*The entire atmosphere of the place is very youthful.
*Unbeatable prices in Rimini
For the negatives:
*The room was small, no air conditioning which made sleeping with 5 other people in a closed non aerated room difficult.
*a bathroom is available in the room, however it is very small, and taking a shower there would flood the room.
*Cleanliness all in all is questionable.
*They provide linen for the bed but no towels.
*The bed was comfortable enough.
