"The hotel has a back door leading to the old town, which is very convenient. The breakfast was excellent; it was à la carte but of very high quality, with freshly squeezed orange juice and authentic coffee. The room did not have a kettle, coffee bags, or tea bags."
"Read the instruction clearly, you must submit your password first before they give you PIN to enter the building. About 20 minutes walk to the old town Open space breakfast area"
"Hotel is very close to train station. Very convenient for hopping on a train to get to hotel and to next destination. No convenience store in close proximity and hence difficult to buy tooth paste and tooth brush that hotel doesn't provide. Only one kebab shop is in close proximity to the hotel and if you do not like kebab you have to walk quite a distance for food."
"Muy buena ubicación. La ducha bastante sucia, pero por lo demás un buen alojamiento. Desayuno flojo, pero aceptable."

GGuest UserThe whole experience was fabulous from being greeted initially shown the room and shown around the facility , access to the museum whenever, and a free individual tour of museum , which extended to the two of the othrr facilities they have within a few hundred yards . the room of which I uploaded a few photos was supreme my only little grumble would be liquid soap rather than soap bars
RRowena Yin TingAn Amazing Palazzo situated inside the ZTL. We loved the architecture and staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked two suites for our family of four but were put on two different floors. One suite on 2nd floor is as beautiful as shown in the picture. Another suite is located on the top floor which feels like a maid room in the old days. It was ok but because it’s on the top floor the temperature in the room was higher despite the Air conditioning. Nonetheless we enjoyed the stay. There are also many restaurants, souvenir shops, cafes and gelateria right outside and along the streets where is hotel is located. Nice vibes but not noisy. Dinner at their restaurant (La Bocca) was alright . Beautiful pasta but second course dishes were average. and there were many mosquitoes around the area of our table and we all got bitten badly.
RrobofficialThis was a truly unique stay. The place isn't a traditional hotel but a picturesque collection of rooms. The host is fantastic, and everything functions perfectly. I didn't try the breakfast, but it looked wonderful. The location is excellent, within easy reach of both the train station and the stunning city center. I had a fantastic experience!
PPanozzoReally good and superb stay, check in by Ms. Chiamaka wash superb with really good professional attention. Best place to be in Malta, very very fantastic young atmosphere in superb surroundings. Very unusual lobby but really comfortable and activ for all clients, nice bar and superb restaurant. Very good area all around with night activity and less of 50 meters from the sea. Several types of Restaurant including the very famous Hugo Burger ( Hugo fast food local Malta Chains ) Cinema, Bowling and Night Clubs, bar’s and Restaurants all around as well really nice shopping centers
GGuest UserExcellent location Self service self checking establishment. There are no staff on duty except early morning. Alessandra was a gem. Gave various suggestions on where to it , shop etc . The room stayed in was the Olander 5 Was large enough with clean bathroom and a kitchenette area Excellent coffee was provided as well as three kids of teas. It has steep steps to first floor for those who might have issues .
GGuest UserThe hotel meets Hilton standards; both rooms were very clean and spacious. The rooftop pool is large and offers a beautiful view over the rooftops of Lecce, all the way to the sea. Unfortunately, we had to pay an additional €80 because apparently only one person was listed in the booking (of two rooms) 🤓. Should I book the rooms myself? This meant that the overnight stay cost us considerably more than if we had booked directly with Hilton, which included breakfast, so it cost an additional €50.
MMarcela C.The location is perfect, right in the middle of the old town. Beautifully decorated and the breakfast is amazing (tea/coffee, milk, yogurth, croissant, mermelade, cereals and cake). On Sunday breakfast is served in a cafeteria 300mts but is just coffee and ham and cheese sandwich. Spotless clean, great and very hot shower. It has a fridge. Our room was the smallest one, the others are much bigger, but for us it was perfect. Easy to check in and Julia was very kind. Highly recommended!!!
GGuest UserThis was an excellent little find. Perfect location near lots of cute boutique shops and quaint streets. The restaurant choice around us was vast and our hotel service staff were as helpful as could be. The room was small but fine for what we needed. Breakfast was simple and lovely. One thing to prep for, the air conditioning unit was old and didn't work very well. Bring an extra fan. I'd recommend it for a few days stay.
GGuest UserVery satisfied with my stay in the Balconi residence. The room is very large with a beautiful view of the streets of Lecce. It was very quiet, and I spent a pleasant evening, I recommend
AAlyAlyCozy room with self check in, really easy, we communicated via WhatsApp and that’s how most of the local b&b do The street is indeed a bit noisy; but I anyways use the earplugs, so didn’t cause me problems The bed is fine, pillows not so much The AC is centrally controlled through the apartment and I felt it’s a little weak if you travel in the hottest months of the year, also it is placed right above the bed so not really nice cause it blows right on your head Overall a fine experience for me and cute view The host is really nice in communication
