"We spent 3 nights in the hotel. Breakfasts were delicious and the room was very tidy and cosy. There is a tram station just across the street but if you're aiming to get to the center you can also take a walk along the river."
"We were very pleased with this hotel. Staff was super helpful and kind. Very close to the train station, in a quiet neighbourhood with many good restaurants. Would stay here again."
"If I go back to Turin, I will go back to this hotel. It is located in the old town, which is good for sightseeing, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. There was an issue with the recharge when I checked out, but it was resolved quickly."
"The hotel reception is very nice and cozy, and the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent—right in the heart of Via Garibaldi in Torino. There’s even a Juventus shop next door for fans. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices. I would definitely come back and stay again."
"Staff very friendly and helpful. Has got that old world charm in the hotel, very quite would stay again. Recommend American bar for a drink before dinner."

Amazing
YY DarjeelingThe man who helped for check in was very professional and friendly, spoke French and English too which was great. I asked for the tourist information at the desk too which was very clear and helpful. The parking was easy in front of the hotel, a spacious room, a great choice for breakfast. Cleanliness, in general was good, except a few spots on the floor in the bathroom was missed. I will recommend to any of my friends.
KkyhansVery spacious for a dorm . Excellent! The kitchen is in the basement and not used much. Basically a boutique hotel with a dorm at the roof only. Great alternative to a backpackers hostel.
TTravel addict ✈️Amazing stay in a great student campus. You have a study area, a gym, a nice clean room with high ceilings and a kitchen, communal living room spaces and even a tennis court! Definitely more than you need from a couple nights in the city. The area is very close to the Center, and the transport links are great. Buses get you to the city centre in 15 minutes while walking will take you more like 25-30 min. Also they have a large supermarket in the same building, which is super convenient as they have plenty of choice. But beware — there’s a homeless guy nestling right by the supermarket (that street can get some dodgy action at night). As per the accommodation, the biggest community there is composed of students - all very welcoming and friendly. Receptionists and staff are also very helpful. Feels like a hotel. Recommend 👍🏻
GGuest UserI arrived at the hotel very late and the reception was closed but I had an envelope with the key to my room and inside a letter to explain the check out time and breakfast times. The room was spacious and the bathroom is big enough for one person. Everything was perfect I recommend.
GGuest UserI enjoy staying in this hotel, the room is very big and clean and warm the staffs were friendly, anytime I visit Torino again I will stay in this hotel
WWutLeeValue-for-Money Stay with Room for Improvement Hotel Diplomatic offers good value for money, especially with its comfortable beds and quality pillows which made for a restful stay. The breakfast spread was generous and satisfying. However, some finishes—particularly the flooring—could use a refresh to better reflect the hotel’s 4-star rating. It would also be helpful to have insect screens on the windows, especially since the air conditioning is centrally controlled. While the location is a bit removed from the main attractions, it's still reasonable considering the price point.
