"I am impressed by their memory foam pillow. I had a very good sleep. Car parks get full easily but reception will divert you to the parking nearby Facilities is a bit dated but you get what you pay."
"There's a parking garage next to the hotel. Was offered free parking by the staff at check-in which is a bonus. It's at a central area with many restaurants nearby. Room is the typical Japanese size and standard which is sufficient for 1 night stay. Staff are friendly. there's a max value supermarket just around the corner."
"Amazing hotel with amenities like free sake after 3pm, miso soup, fountain soda, coffee, tea, snacks. Provided bathing soaps are high quality, facemasks and toiletries are above averagd quality. Friendliness of staff is top tier."

Great
MMoon RockThis is the best decision I’ve made during my trip in Miyazaki. I should have stayed longer here than I did in the previous booking. Almost everything is almost perfect, from the artificial hot spring to the traditional Japanese bedrooms, which are great additions to the Japanese experience. I believe it is one of the most affordable hotels in the area. The breakfast is a buffet that is included in my stay, and I had to add the Dinner buffet, which is very worth the price since the place doesn't have many restaurants nearby. The hotel is also within a 5-10 minute walk from the JR train station. The staff are also friendly. I definitely will be back here when I revisit Miyazaki soon. The day I visited was rainy, so I was unable to visit many places.
GGuest UserI booked the dormitory room, it is clean and there is dorm only for female. it is so sad that staffs cannot speak English well, but they tried to serve the foreigners as good as possible. Overall, if you just go to sleep or stay a night, it is good place for you. It is close to Aoshima Jingu. It is very convenient that there is bus stop in front of the hotel, good for people to go other Miyazaki places
GGuest UserVery beautiful villa. But you need to move your luggage to the second floor. There is only one toilet and bathroom. It is OK for 4 people. The CHECK IN process is very troublesome. You need to check in outside. It is very cold in winter. It takes 30-1 hour. Self-check in requires taking photos and filling in passport and residence information. It is too troublesome. It is recommended to register online before check in. It will be more convenient. Thank you
AAnonymous UserThe ambience is nice, a far drive to reach the hotel. We had the buffet dinner, authentic Japanese food and we all enjoyed ourselves very much. Hot bath is nice. The hotel room is clean, and the hotel staff is friendly and polite.
GGuest UserSelf service check in and quick, room is big in japan standard, equipped with massage chair where you can relax after a tired day. No luggage storage before or after check out, it costs 600 JPY to store ur luggage at coined lockers.
TTravelLoverOfMiyazakiThis Hotel is famous for the tourist but the building is a bit old. Their toilet has old bidet, it’s hard to operate. They have old fashioned key, don’t be confused. But when it comes to service ill give them 5⭐️they are very helpful and polite staff.
