GGuest UserThe staffs were friendly and helpful. They share that the carpark beside the hotel also belongs to theirs and we may pay the car park fee to the hotel and collect the QR code slip each time we exit the carpark to enjoy multiple entrance/exit for the day. The car park fee is really affordable with multiple entrance/exit. However for the hotel room per night considered on a high side but the hotel location was so convenient, few minutes walk to JR Hakodate Station and Hakodate Morning Market. It was a pleasant stay and first time experience in Hakodate - JR Inn Hakodate. We will definitely return if we ever come Hakodate again. Thank you so much!

GGuest UserStaff in the restaurant are excellent. Speak good English and is very friendly and willing to help and serve at all times. We forgot the breakfast time ends at 9am and we only started 8.30am. The old lady in the restaurant kindly offered us to bring unfinished food back to our room to finish them. She even brought us tissue papers making sure we have everything we need. The onsen is nice and in traditional Japanese style. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely come again.

다다시나가자!It is a little far from Hakodate city, but very close to the airport. The facilities may be a little lacking compared to the surrounding ryokans, but the breakfast and dinner more than make up for it. The staff are friendly, and there is a female staff member who speaks Korean well, so there is no inconvenience at all.
