"The check-in process was smooth. The hotel agreed to hold our luggage before check-in and after check-out. Staff was proficient in English and was very helpful and polite. The rooms were also very clean and quite spacious. Would definitely book here again!"
"Wonderful hotel with great views! My room is sunset. Very comfy room with great amenities. And the best thing is the train station is just below you!!! At the train station there are tons of food options and shopping. We went to takamatsu for a day trip. Okayama station is a base for daytrips to many other parts of the region. Highly recommend to stay here if visiting okayama! Will stay here again! Love the Via Inn chain!"
"Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was included, and they allowed you to indicate if you were going to have breakfast there the next day on the TV to avoid food waste. Nice sustainable practice. Taste was so-so, but choice was rather limited. Can't expect too much given such a bargain, of course. Location close to JR Okayama Station, so it was convenient. But the cargo trains were quite noisy at late-night and in the early morning. Might not be the best choice for those sensitive to sound. Anyway the overall experience was satisfactory."
"Love it. Stayed in a double bed room. The size of the bed is ok for two. The room itself is a bit small, but still we could open two medium -sized suitcases. Extremely convenient location. Affordable price with breakfast. A real deal!"
GGuest User5 starts hotel, staff are helpful and welcomed. The location is very good, near the train station, aeon mall and big camera is within 5 mins walkable distance. The hotel is aged but well maintained. They provide parking at the basement of the hotel. We had a good stay there.
GGuest UserThe room and the double bed is of standard Japanese dimensions, i.e. smaller than usual. Breakfast: Recommended, esp. the sweet potato dessert. Guest lounge: Used it frequently for cups of coffee and oolong, enough to sustain your adventures during the day. Common bath: Opens THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT. Really washes your soreness away. Cannot ask for more.
GGuest UserA well-equipped, professional hotel with clean rooms and attentive staff. Ideal for business trip or travelers seeking utility and convenience.
GGuest UserAffordable place with short walk to the train station. Room is very big for Japan budget hotel standards. Hotel is not the newest but it has everything you need. Toilet feels new and room is clean. The included breakfast is sufficient and you will be satisfied if you don’t expect too much.
AAnonymous UserPerfect location, main station close by, convenience store just a couple minutes away. The room was also not too bad, though it wasn't entirely clean. Some dust haven't been cleaned, in mostly unnoticable places though, like really high up or behind the TV. And even though we haven't met any staff members it wasn't that hard to check in or check out. Though there was difficulty of getting inside the building, as we didn't receive the door code through email. Good thing there were some helpful residents of the hotel who helped us to get inside. Either way final score would be 8.5/10
