EEkaterina trOur first experience staying at a traditional hotel was a success! The room with its own outdoor hot spring exceeded expectations. Dinner and breakfast were amazing and varied. The staff was polite and friendly.

GGuest UserSpacious room for the price, great views. Location would not be convenient if no car. Take note there is no ensuite bathroom. Shower is at the onsen. Abit of a concern for those who do not prefer onsen experience.

GGuest UserBeautiful onsen — our favorite stay in Japan with my family! The traditional breakfast was delicious with a very large selection of dishes. The rooms are gorgeous, quiet, and spacious — and everything was exceptionally clean. The cleaning crew truly does an amazing job. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, making us feel warmly welcomed. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the train station, and having a washer and dryer available for guests was a big plus. Highly recommended — we would love to stay here again!

GGuest UserThe room is spacious, and the shower is great. However, they don't offer breakfast or dinner if you haven't pre-booked it, which is something to consider if you're traveling without a car. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the complimentary cookies were absolutely delicious. Don't forget to return your key when checking out!
