GGladys KimotoFor family of 4, the room of this hotel is EXCELLENT! So comfortable, cozy, spacious, clean and safe! Complete with ALL AMENITIES we need, plus they have complementary drinks and snacks, Kid-Safe environment plus the night lights at the backyard of this room is STUNNING!!!! We went to Yamanashi to visit Mt. Fuji and super thankful that we got to stay in this Hotel, 15-20mins drive away from Lake Kawaguchiko, where the best photo spots for Mt. Fuji, they also have in-hotel food and beverages for sale, easy to transact, and would really feel at home because of the Privacy and Security plus Cozy ambiance ☺️ Will definitely come back here!!!

수수비니버스Service staff were efficient, although queueing to trade your keys for your shoes slowed things down. (Understandable, because this is also a day-trip onsen, so the hotel needs to ensure all tabs are covered before letting guests go.) Facilities were old but well-maintained, although my room window couldn't be closed without force. Wide variety of baths to choose from, and convenient hours. Note that there is no shampoo, conditioner or body soap in guestrooms, as this is an onsen facility - all soaps and bath amenities are provided in the onsen area. Several onsite restaurants providing many food options, which made up for the lack of vegetarian-friendly options around the area.

AAkiraI traveled with my mom since she came to visit and hasnt been to the area, it's easily the best service I've ever received - the owner is incredibly friendly and helpful and the property is absolutely gorgeous. I definitely plan on returning in the future, perhaps yearly for a getaway. Thank you so much for the delightful stay!

MMike is MichaelHigh cost performance, the room is relatively large, but I booked a garden view room, but I was given a room without a view. There is an open-air hot spring, a private bath, a bed, and a tatami.

GGuest UserThe food was excellent. There was a wide variety of food to enjoy, and the presentation was beautiful. They cook sushi, tempura, and steak on the spot. The bath was very spacious, and shampoo, lotion, and facial cleanser were all provided. The room felt a little old, but was very comfortable.

GGuest UserThe drink service on the day was delicious. The shabu-shabu for dinner was tasty. There was so much to choose from that I couldn't eat all the rice, so I had rice balls instead. The breakfast buffet also had a wide variety of options. Thank you.
