Hotels near Isui-en, Nara City

"Hotel was about 2 mins walk from the entrance of Nara park n the shopping district. Very good location. You could either walk 1.3km to the hotel from the JR station, or take a taxi which would cost around 1200yen. About 10 mins walk from the metro station. I stayed for 2 nights with breakfast and dinner inclusive. The Ryokan did take note n served us a different menu each day. There was also a small indoor n outdoor onsen in the Ryokan. The food was superb."

"Our first Onyado Nono experience and we are already looking forward to future stays. Wasn't expecting much for city hotel onsen but surprised it even had a good size outdoor option + sauna& cold pool. . The breakfast buffet was amazing, got to try lots of local dishes. Parking at hotel was abit pricy. 1500 ¥ per day but it does allow unlimited in and out. You can probably find cheaper options around the hotel if willing to walk. We just parked for 2 days and walked around the shopping district + Nara Park (25mins). Lots of food options nearby."

"Great little hotel. Very close to the deer park. Very modern, clean, functional and elegant. Rooms are considerably bigger than most Japanese hotels. It’s located up a little hill, so it’s away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist strip. Highly recommend."

"This ryokan was amazing, the food the location the atmosphere. The public sento in the building was beautiful and the private tub in our room was amazing as well. "Hotel is a station away from Nara center. We took bus or train. About 9 min away from station. Hotel has specious and beautiful Lobby, Rooms are very simple. Of course clean and neat as usually in Japan."
