I booked it because it was cost-effective since I wasn't planning on staying there for long, but I had a great time. The interior wallpaper and facilities were showing their age, but I felt that they were clean and well-maintained, and the owner was very kind. There was a sea kimbap restaurant and a large convenience store within walking distance, so it was convenient:)

First of all, the hotel is located on Dolsan Mountain, and there are many other hotels and pensions nearby, as well as many pretty cafes. The location is great if you want to go to famous cafes like La Picna, Moipin, and Promenade. Yi Sun-sin Square (food alley, many restaurants) can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. First of all, the hotel view is death. The wide ocean view and pool view are truly a work of art! The pool has a heated pool, cold water, and a sauna to maintain body temperature. The size is just right, so it's great for swimming. The air conditioner worked well, the amenities were great, and even simple cooking was possible, so I had a great time! There are also pool villas, so it seems like a lot of families come here too! Recommended!

I will definitely stay here again when I'm in Yeosu.

GGuest UserFantastic stay in Yeosu – Spacious villas and great service
We enjoyed a wonderful 5-night stay (May 14–19, 2026) at the Marine Terrace Pool Villa. This 3-star property is perfectly located on a beautiful bay. We stayed in the Ocean 4 and Marine 4 villas; they were very spacious, featured 2 large beds, and had equipped kitchens.
A real highlight was the private pool in each villa, which we could heat to 36°C—the perfect way to relax after days spent hiking and visiting temples. The only downside was that the main swimming pool wasn’t open yet during our visit.
The 2 staff members were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Communication via translation apps and gestures worked perfectly well—definitely better than our Korean! It was a pleasure to stay in such a setting; we were the only Western guests among several local Korean families.
We highly recommend this resort for anyone visiting Yeosu!

GGuest UserWhat a beautiful hotel. The location was perfect near several walkable sight seeing destinations and attractions. Beautiful time of year to see blooming cherry blossom trees. Love the spaciousness of the room we were in that had two beds. We did book the room with an ocean view. Which we got to see fireworks, Odongdo Island and Jasan Sunrise Pavilion area. They do have great restaurants and cafes very near by. To include the very lovely cafe on premises which we enjoyed indulging on their chocolate ice cream they served so beautifully. The only thing which is out of the hotels control is its SLOW moving elevators which they only have 3 for its grand size. Other than that, the staff were super friendly and the free parking was a plus. Also a plus, is they have a few restaurants right out its doors to include a GS25 convenience store. I definitely would recommend this hotel for your Yeosu adventures.

CCindypapaI went on a 2-day business trip to Utop Marina Hotel in Yeosu, and it was such a pleasant experience. The hotel offered a free cocktail and a complimentary yacht tour, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The view of the marina was beautiful, and everything was relaxing from start to finish. Highly recommend it for both business and leisure trips!

GGuest User가격이 저렴하고 주차공간 넉넉하고 바닷가와 가까워 좋긴 하였으나, 각티슈, 컨디셔너가 채워져있지 않았고 커피포트도 사용후 세척하지 않은 그대로여서 청소후 마무리가 되지않은 듯 느껴짐. 냄비. 후라이펜, 도마, 칼 등 요리도구가 전혀 갖추어져있지 않아 인덕션이 있는데 쓸모가 없었음.
당연히 취사가 가능한 줄 알고 예약했는데 없는게 많아 취사는 포기하고 4박5일 지내다 감.
그래도 저렴한 가격에 만족하고 잘 쉬다갑니다~
뒤에 이용할 손님들을 위해 조금만 더 객실관리에 신경써주시면 좋겠습니다.

여여행가KTMy request for a high floor when booking was not fulfilled. The TV screen was broken, so I called the front desk, but my calls went unanswered. I couldn't even reach them on their company mobile number. The service was frankly terrible. I asked for emergency headache medication, but they said they didn't have any. I would have expected a more proactive response, or even an offer to help get some. Aside from the spacious room, the staff's attitude left such a bad impression that I have no desire to return.

GGuest UserA great motel in a good location - 10 min walking to the Dolsan bridge, 15 min to Lotte mart, buses to Dolsan island and Yeosu Expo Station. Very friendly staff, they don't speak English, but are good with Google translate.
The room is standard, though a bed is narrow, be prepared. There is a fridge in the room. The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The room floor is heated at night time. At the 1st floor there is a kitchen with hot water, kettle, microwave. On the roof there are 2 laundry machines, the guests can use them for free. The last but not the least, managers called us a taxi at 5:00 AM, so kind for them! Thanks a lot!

GGuest UserThe hotel room is big and spacious, with one queen and one single bed. The appliances in the room are very new. It’s very much like a studio apartment but not allowed to cook. The location is perfect, short walk within the marina area, 2km to Changdu island and convention hall.
What I didn’t like was the lack of amenities. They only provide SMALL towels for guests but stating that it’s government regulations restricting on one time used items. It’s BS, if you can provide small towels, then you should provide big towels. They are not one time use items.
They also don’t provide instant coffee nor tea. We have to get it at CU or GS25 ourselves.

I used Sonocam every time I came to Yeosu, but there were many other hotels,
so I was looking at JCS Hotel, which was introduced as the 2nd best restaurant with a view,
and I made a reservation to try it out,
and it is the best restaurant with a view in Yeosu.
It is so so pretty.
Now, for my Yeosu trip, JCS Hotel 😍

GGuest UserAs soon as I arrived at the beginning, I was impressed by the view of the room and it was so pretty and nice.
It was nice to have a warm floor when I went in
And it was good to have a towel on the first floor.
Once the hostel ... is a tourist destination in Yeosu?? It's quite far from
40-50 It takes about a minute and the entrance is very steep and narrow
If the car enters up and down simultaneously... it looks incredibly dangerous...
But it was on the fourth floor, but there was no elevator.
There was a water purifier.. It was uncomfortable to have to float on the first floor...
It was generally neat, but there was a lack of it.
And there's a lot of other hairs in the bedding.
I took it to coffee and tea in the morning.
Is the electric port burned or... I can't use it too much.. ㅠㅠ I boiled it in a pot ㅠㅠ
And there was no hanger wardrobe inside.. ㅠㅠ It was a little uncomfortable ㅠ I slept at dawn, but on a windy day, the fourth floor was not a building, so the noise was very heavy, so it was a little uncomfortable to sleep.
Fortunately, I slept well on the second day when the wind was not blowing.
I applied for a barbecue, but I told you about 6-7 o'clock, so you asked me to tell you clearly whether it was 6 o'clock or 7 o'clock.
When I came to the hostel, I already set it with before 5 o'clock.
