"Great hotel! Stayed there with a friend for one night. The hotel staff is very friendly. Our room was clean and well equipped. Location is amazing. We went to the beach via tram and it only took around 20 minutes. The station is right in front of the hotel. Definitely would stay here again"

"Really great and fancy hotel for a decent price. The good: - A clean, beautiful and big hotel. - The parking lot is big and free!! - Spacious room with toilet and shower separated. Nespresso machine and a kettle. The room also comes with a fridge, water and amenities. - It was very calm and quiet in the night. - We didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that. The bad: - The double bed are two single beds pushed together. On the night the mattresses are moving apart, leaving a big gap between the beds. - In the morning (a Sunday morning), somebody knocked twice on our door. First time we just ignored it because we were still sleeping (we had arrived late in the night the day before and needed to catch up on the sleep). Second time was just after 10 and I was up. I didn't open the door but I talked to the person behind closed door. It was a man and he wondered about our check-out?! I said check-out is at 11 so we still have time. I don't know who it was?! Maybe the cleaning staff?? Fair enough I didn't put up the ”do not disturb sign”, but still?! This usually doesn't happen (if ever). Do the cleaning staff not communicate with reception to know about check-out? Weird. I really recommend this hotel (as long as you put up your ”do not disturb sign”). We'll definitely go back if we go to Delft again."

"Het naar binnen gaan met een swipe app was super gaaf. en het uitzicht was echt prachtig vooral nachts. maar als snel kwam ik er achter dat er in de keuken van het appartement alleen al meer vliegen waren dan dat er verdiepingen waren. En ook dan nog is op elke van de 3 ramen zaten er rond de 6 tot 8 vliegen en muggen. Zelf ben ik daar niet zo van en heb meteen uit gecheckt. Ik vind het zelf heel jammer ik keek er al een paar weken naar uit maar het mocht niet baten helaas."

"The front desk is very attentive and the lobby is gigantic. The rooms are spacious and clean. If you need to change bed sheets or towels, they help immediately. Good internet speed, large fridge and kitchen stove. Toilet and shower in separate rooms. 4 washing machines and 3 dryers, all free to use. A small gym, but good enough. Nice air conditioner in the room and ask that you want a washing machine in your room, or else you will get a dishwasher. Great people and wonderful stay."

"The location is exactly in the town city. Tram is only 1 min away, 2 tram stops away from the centraal station. Perfect location! The breakfast is great, but without mushrooms and enough fresh fruit. Only bananas and chopped fruits for yoghurt were provided. I love having breakfast in the den. The environment facing the river and the road, and the jazz background music is so relaxing. I don’t like having my breakfast in my room or in the lobby. Staffs are very friendly and helpful offering help in person about how to use the washing machines and the dryers. Fitness room is tiny. Dumbbells increase by 2kg from 4kg. The seat of the machine for lap pull is not secure, so I didn’t use it. In my conclusion, the service is excellent, and room is spacious and new. I would love to come back next time."
