"Room is much bigger than I expected. It is quiet and comfortable with affordable price. Several grocery stores around the corner. Parking is available free of charge."
"Warm comfortable and so convenient to where we needed to be for our function. Appreciated the upgrade and also that we were not expected to stay a minimum of two nights to get the accommodation."
"Convenient location near the airport. Has a bus stop in front of the hotel with busses to Christchurch city center. Great service and friendly staff who walk us to the room as there are several wings in the compound. The room is spacious although it is slightly dated."
"The location is very near to city centre but room is a little small. The room is comfy and have a common area to cook and chill and relax. Overall is good."
"Hotel next to botanic garden. The parking is at very high floor. We have order buffet BF but it was not available in low season. Instead they replace with some cool food."
"Nice & tidy room, friendly staff, 5mins to airport and free shutter bus. Good location and have all we needed. We recommended here."

Amazing
GGuest UserGreat location within 100m to Christchurch airport, good gym facility and view of the runway. The whole hotel feel very new and modern. Although it’s right next to the runway, we can’t hear any of the noise at all, breakfast is great with lots of options.
GGuest UserThis was by far the best hotel I stayed at in New Zealand. Compared to other Hilton properties, the bed here was noticeably larger and more comfortable. I stayed in a twin room, and each bed was around 1.2 to 1.5 meters wide, whereas other hotels only offered very narrow single beds (about 0.9 meters). There was also plenty of space between the beds, which made the room feel much more comfortable. The room was very clean, well-equipped, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The location was also decent, making it a very convenient and pleasant place to stay overall. I would highly recommend this hotel — especially if you’re looking for a comfortable and restful experience.
GGuest UserEverything was great — the room had a washer and dryer, and there was a good variety of food options nearby through DoorDash delivery. Roadside parking was available near the hotel. Just that a dust ball spotted on one pillow
GGuest UserThe unit is complete with 1 bedroom with ensuite bathroom, kitchen and living hall. Washer and dryer is hidden behind cabinet at the kitchen area. Kitchen is fully functional with induction stove(depending on which unit you being assigned), microwave and all utensils needed to cook a complate meal. The best part is the bus stop right opposite Fino has bus to airport no. 29. You may pay in cash or debit/credit card ( not all buses has this). A trip to airport by cash is NZD4 for adult and NZD2 for kids above 5. Below 5 is free.
VVTEOKevin and June are friendly and approachable. The rooms are provided with the basic amemities. The location is convenient since we are driving. The only drawback is our rooms are on the upper level and there is no elevator.
DDragan S**Comfortable Stay with Great Service** I had a pleasant stay at **Rosewood Court Motel**. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the essentials, including a comfortable bed and a small kitchenette. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the parking was convenient. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any requests. The location was also great—close to shops, restaurants, and easy access to the city. Overall, it’s a good choice for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I would definitely consider staying here again.
GGuest UserI checked in around midnight. There's a key safe at the entrance, they send you a code, and you take your key card. There are many cool people inside. The place is very clean, the staff is friendly. For the price, this place is just perfect for a couple of nights. I booked a 3-bed female-only dorm.
