The staff are friendly and hospitable. They allowed us for an early check in. The room was great, comfy bed. The Breakfast was superb. 9.5/10 The pool was not heated, but we had a great time with the slide and the kiddie pool.

I recently stayed at Novotel Suites at Aqua, and it was such a pleasant experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had all the little touches that make a big difference — from soft linens to complimentary coffee and toiletries. The location was ideal — close to BGC and Rockwell, but still peaceful and quiet at night. I especially enjoyed the breakfast each morning; it was fresh, delicious, and had plenty of options for everyone. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I’m in town and would highly recommend Novotel Suites at Aqua to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable visit!

We booked this hotel for our company's anniversary celebration. The room was okay and the wifi was great. It was spacious for our group and the staff was very helpful thy even lend us a mirror. It is a bare condo so bring toilet hygiene needs as they don't provide however it is nearby all convenient stores so there is no problem.

Very smooth transaction and superb experience, child friendly, clean and complete utensils and kitchen needs, homey feels. Thanks till our next booking🤗

We would like to express our sincere appreciation for the quality of service that your hotel provides. It was topnotch! Special shout out to Ms. Mareze Labay of Room reservation for responding to our requests promptly & efficiently. And to Ms. Ruby of Front Desk for giving us a late check out. Your hospitality was exceptional. All our requests were granted! You truly made our New Year Eve’s stay truly memorable. Thanks for making our day! The New Year countdown & After Party was a blast as well! What a way to welcome 2025! Thanks Westin!

Booked this last minute because location is very ideal plus kids loved the pool and playground. Play area is just very hot since AC isn’t working. The jacuzzis and the warm function in their shower area aren’t working as well. But nevertheless the kids enjoyed as kids should so overall we’re good. We hope their parking fee would decrease. 350 for an overnight parking is expensive.

Very convenient location. Staff are nice! Clean and comfortable.

I had a decent stay at RedDoorz Boni. The location is convenient, especially if you need easy access to nearby shops, transport, and main roads. The room was simple but clean, with basic amenities that were enough for a short stay. Staff were polite and accommodating, and check-in was smooth. While the place isn’t luxurious, it’s good value for money if you’re looking for an affordable and practical option. Overall, a comfortable stay for budget travelers.
