Hotels near Meralco Theatre, Pasig

I recently stayed at Astoria Plaza and had such a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were so kind, polite, and genuinely helpful—it really made a difference. Everyone I interacted with had a smile and made me feel right at home. The room was super clean and cozy, which made it easy to relax after a long day. I truly appreciated the little touches and the great service. From check-in to check-out, the service was top-notch. Location: superb Cleanliness: great Value for money: great savings Service: almost perfect Food: bland (order calamares) Amenities: so so (solely for business travel not for leisure) Room: spacious, clean, smelled okay, aircon and TV was working fine, mini bar ref cover was loose and cannot be closed properly. Pillows, bed cover and Bed Sheets was superb and had a good night sleep. The room was not as advertised before booking. It clearly indicated that the business queen room offers wired internet access, however upon checking the room we did not find any. The front desk advice that all rooms does not have wired internet access and it does not work. The sole purpose of my booking was due to business purposes and the wired internet connection was the top priority. Though the wireless internet worked properly from 2am to 6am, intermittent connection is experienced after those hours. (Was using laptop 💻). After 3 days we decided to add another night then requested to have the room cleaned. We called the front desk attention multiple times and went outside to give the cleaners time but upon our return the room was still not cleaned so we needed to call the front desk attention again twice before someone came up to clean.

We had more value for money in this very nice hotel in the center of Ortigas. The 2 BR unit is so big. The rooms are clean and service is responsive.

The hotel is too new to have full fledge facility l. But overall nice location to go to my office and near to CBD and mall

I really liked the place is safe and is nearby a really nice mall, it has stores and restaurants. The residence is inside a private complex which makes you feel safe to walk around. Nice view from my room.

Exceeded our expectations. Our room was very clean and relaxing. I requested a quiet room (away from the stairs or elevator) upon booking, but it seemed my request had been overlooked and we were given a room near the elevator. However, the staff were apologetic and helpful. We were transfered to another room while waiting at the lobby. I didn't have any concerns with the room we occupied. We had the good rest that we came here for. It was helpful that it was walking distance to SM East Ortigas, just that traffic on the way is of course an issue as the road is a very busy raod. Anyway, if a quiet and confortable place is what you're after, this is a place to be. Working TV and Netflix is a very big plus too! I will definitely check in again if I come past this area.

Although we had a little bit of issue with the check-in process (1. the admin couldn’t initially find our reservation; 2. we were told to present vaccination IDs though it wasn’t stated on the booking info that it’s a requirement. I had mine but my partner didn’t have hers.), Sir Kevin (host) was kind enough to thoroughly assist us throughout our stay. The unit had decent kitchenware which we used since we stayed for 2 nights. It just seemed that the place wasn’t completely cleaned before our stay as there were still some uncollected trash inside the bin, leftover butter in the fridge (probably from the previous guest). We also noticed that the linen and duvet had some stains. I just hope those were old stains and not from the previous guest because that would be really off. Other than that, the location was spot on. For the price we paid, it was totally a steal. I just hope the overall cleanliness of the unit would be improved.
