"To begin with, the location is great being a few steps away from Session Road where all the main activities happen, and a few steps away from Baguio Public Market. The room itself is clean and organized the only con is that the view by our window is the wall of the next bldg. Upon arrival, we were advised that there was no wifi service in the room during that time. The problem was data reached is also a challenge that we needed to go out of our room to access the internet which is not good. Also, the attendant is not responsive. we had been contacting her for days before our stay but our calls and text message were not answered."

"If you’re traveling with family or a big group, this Manhattan hotel is actually a good option. The rooms are genuinely spacious and can accommodate up to 10 people, which is rare in NYC. ⚠️ Heads-up though: We had a small inconvenience with the Trip.com website as some of the information provided was incorrect. Good thing the issue was resolved and the refund is already in process. Lesson learned—call the hotel directly right after booking to confirm all details and avoid any awkward or humiliating moments during check-in. 🍽️ Food rating: 3/5 The meals were okay, but the tapa was more litid than meat, so don’t expect too much in that area. 🤝 Service rating: 4/5 Hotel staff were responsive and assisted us immediately whenever we needed help. Overall, great for space and family stays—just double-check your booking details to save yourself the stress."

"This hotel has a lot going for it: great location, wonderful staff and more often than not reasonable price. Being connected to arguably the best land transportation system in Northern Luzon (Victory Liner) and situated in proximity to several national government agencies in the city, as well a good walking distance to SM Bagiuo and Session Road makes for a very compelling choice to stay in the city. All said, good place and great locations will make this hotel a prime consideration when visiting CAR's regional center."

"Location is good. This is about right in front of the City Hall and very near to Burnham Park. There’s water dispenser in the hallways.  Room is very clean and bed is comfortable. I echo though the complaints of other guests about the water pressure. It is intermittent and will get you wet sometimes. Also hotel staff needs to tap their card everytime you have to get up to your floor which is a bit of an inconvenience. Overall, despite of the issues I mentioned, we still had a positive experience with this hotel and we’re looking forward in booking again with them."
