Staff was very nice and incredibly helpful. Room was very clean and had nice, well working amenities. Location nearby to public transportation and small markets/grocery stores. A nice walk into the center and various landmarks for those who don’t mind/enjoy longer walks.

From the moment I landed, I knew this stay would be special. I was collected from the airport in a luxury Jaguar , (completely free) and transported again at departure, including complimentary trips to and from the city centre. Actual VIP treatment from start to finish .... something I have never experienced anywhere else. Because my flights didn’t match standard hotel times, the team kindly allowed early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost, which took away all travel stress and made my stay even more comfortable. That flexibility meant everything to me. Every single staff member was amazingly warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Although I sadly didn’t manage to catch the names of the wonderful ladies at reception, they were absolutely incredible and deserve huge praise. Special mention to Tomas — such a professional, friendly, standout member of the team. I later found out his birthday was on Thursday 4th, and I wish I had the chance to say Happy Birthday before I left! The location is perfect — close to shops, cafés, and restaurants, making it easy to explore Porto while still enjoying a calm, comfortable stay. The room was immaculate — spotlessly clean, cosy, and beautifully prepared. And the amenities were next-level: Mini-bar, tea and coffee station with kettle, plush slippers, bathrobe, bottled water......everything thoughtfully provided. I was welcomed with a welcome drink on arrival, and a fresh fruit tray waiting in my room. Nothing felt standard, everything felt intentional. What truly sets this hotel apart is the attention to detail. There is a clear sense of care, love, and purpose in every interaction and every small touch. You’re not treated like just another guest , you are genuinely looked after. I honestly cannot fault a single thing about this stay. Hotel Jaguar Porto combines luxury service with real warmth and heart, a rare find. If you’re heading to Porto and looking for an experience that goes far beyond accommodation, this is THE hotel to book. 100% recommended. I will absolutely be back. ✨👏

Great place, would like to return for sure, very friendly and helpful staff, silent space, with all things that could be needed. Cafe, swimming pool, garden, work space and library and private parking.

Excellent, quiet small hotel. Suitable for short-term stays. The room corresponds to the photo. The room size is small. The room is warm. A wonderful man at the reception, explained everything and showed where everything is. He did this on a paper map. It was very nice))) The hotel is clean, quiet. During my stay, mostly retired couples stayed there. Easy to get from the airport (the metro station is nearby). And to the bus station (I took a taxi bolt, the cost was 3.64 €). There are shops nearby, but they are open until 21:00. In the photo, the view from the window.

The location is nice everything is around the corner and the place is good for the price and easy communication

Very friendly and kind service: these are people who are willing to go the distance to ensure you have a nice stay. We asked for an end of corridor room and was given one. Breakfast is ample and will satisfy most hungers. I only suggest that they rotate hot dishes for example so guests who stay several nights may enjoy a little variety. The management should be proud of what they have been able to achieve in the six months since they opened in July 2025.

The hotel was spotless, and the staff was very friendly on the day of the power outage. The room was quite spacious, except there was barely enough room to walk between the footboard and the wall. Everything else was fantastic!

The garden room is a bit away from the main building. It is very big and clean, but does not have the hairdryer so I need to borrow from the front desk. Besides, the quilt is a little too thin. While it’s location of this hotel is quiet good. The overall service is good.

Easily accessible from Campanhã Bus Terminal by taking bus 207 or 400; fare is €2.50 per person and very convenient. Most major tourist attractions are within walking distance. The room itself was clean and tidy, equipped with both heating and air conditioning. Hairdryer is available upon request from the front desk. The shared kitchen allows guests to boil water or prepare instant noodles and hot drinks. Soundproofing was not ideal, but fortunately, other guests were quiet during our stay. The location is not near any bars, so there was no disturbance from nightlife—only occasional street or traffic noise. Overall, the environment was relatively quiet.
