GGuest UserLet’s us start from the beginning of my entrance The bell service was welcoming and aided us in taking our luggage Upon my check in the receptionist was very respectful , welcoming , addressed our issues regarding the room with ease Once we reached our room faisal sulaiman from the bell service helped in delivering the bags , he was fun and made our night. During the breakfast time, an Arab lady that always stand infront of the dining room , I appreciated her that she remembered us and the table that we used to have our breakfast on , I was happy that the waiters pay attention to the details . Moreover , all the waiters were very helpful in aiding us with getting the food that we want , welcoming and smiling . I liked the atmosphere of the dining room , as if you are living in a palace !, Mr,Faizan was always asking about our health and how was our stay , he always made sure that our experience during the breakfast time was fantastic and to the upper limit . We received a hospitality by Mr.Turki from the reception , thank you for your generosity . While we checked out we asked the concierge for a golf car to drop us to via Riyadh they made sure that it arrives early , special thank to them . And during our last moment from our stay , the bell service were always that received us with a smile and farewell us with a smile . Thank you ritz Carlton for the experience

When I visited the fitness center at night, there was no staff member at the counter, and I waited over 10 minutes for a towel—even though I had already informed the fitness staff earlier that morning.

GGuest UserGiven how expansive Riyadh is, this hostel is in a good location and helpful instructions were provided via WhatsApp prior to arrival. Others staying at Su Casa were people living and working in the city, but there were small and meaningful opportunities to meet others over coffee and discussion. The bed was comfortable and the amenities basic but more than sufficient. I did not love Riyadh as a city personally but I certainly felt at home and like nothing was a worry. For anyone arriving via public transport, buses accept Visa and Mastercard and it is possible to connect nearby (~10 min walk) to buses, although expect to face traffic depending on the time of day.

You must take a taxi, costing between 85-100 SAR. Be careful when booking—Towlan Group has around 12 hotels in Riyadh, and selecting the wrong one on apps like Careem, Uber, or InDrive can lead to extra costs. Many listings are in Arabic, which caused confusion for us. This is outside of city, to visit main city it takes 40-60 SAR cost each way for cab. Parking: Outside parking is available for guests. Room: Rooms are very big, spacious, and well-equipped, featuring a separate hall, kitchen, and bedroom. However, no tea or coffee is provided—you’ll need to bring your own if needed. The hotel has 3 floors, with roughly 20 large rooms on each floor. Wi-Fi is available, but there is no breakfast or food service on-site. A key point to note: traveling from the hotel into central Riyadh costs an additional 40-60 SAR each way on ride-hailing apps. This significantly adds to your trip's cost and inconvenience. If you need a spacious suite-style room and don’t mind the remote location or lack of dining options, the hotel offers reasonable value.
