"The hotel is beautiful, clean, and new. It's located on King Fahd Road, and the view is amazing, which is the main reason I booked it. There's underground parking, and all the staff are very helpful. I will definitely stay at this hotel again."
"Overall, everything was excellent. However, the staff handover/communication needs improvement. When I visited the fitness center at night, there was no staff member at the counter, and I waited over 10 minutes for a towel—even though I had already informed the fitness staff earlier that morning."
"I recently stayed at Novotel Riyadh Sahafa to celebrate my 10th wedding anniversary, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. A special thanks to Arwa Albousy, the Front Office Supervisor, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. She arranged for a lovely room upgrade and even surprised us with a delicious cake in our room, which made our celebration even more special. The hotel itself is well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and excellent amenities. The late check-out option allowed us to enjoy our time without feeling rushed, which I truly appreciated. I highly recommend Novotel Riyadh Sahafa to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Riyadh. Thank you to the entire team for making our anniversary memorable!"
"Superb good location, opp the Riyadh landmark and so close to the metro. The metro can literally take you to quite a few places of interest and it’s so affordable. Shower head power is decent and hot water works well during winter. Definitely will come back"
"The check in process was great, the location is awesome. The hotel was too clean and access was straight forward. Please book in advance, for even better service. And the lady in reception via whatsapp was readily available when needed. I would recommend this for all."
GGuest UserThe place is new and very clean, the staff were friendly and I like the balcony and the city view. The parking entrance and exit is very tight, so if you drive big vehicle, watch out, you may stuck in there!
GGuest UserGiven how expansive Riyadh is, this hostel is in a good location and helpful instructions were provided via WhatsApp prior to arrival. Others staying at Su Casa were people living and working in the city, but there were small and meaningful opportunities to meet others over coffee and discussion. The bed was comfortable and the amenities basic but more than sufficient. I did not love Riyadh as a city personally but I certainly felt at home and like nothing was a worry. For anyone arriving via public transport, buses accept Visa and Mastercard and it is possible to connect nearby (~10 min walk) to buses, although expect to face traffic depending on the time of day.
HHassan Mansour 1305The perfect stay. For that price and that location it’s already worth it. The hotel has everything, services are good, breakfast has a full variety of dishes and the room I got was perfectly clean and with no issues. I would 100% consider to book Haven Plaza for my next trip to Riyadh.
PPranav Patil PTowlan Suits 1 Hotel, Riyadh Location & Transportation: The hotel is located approximately 36km from RUH Terminal 5, with no public transport options available. You must take a taxi, costing between 85-100 SAR. Be careful when booking—Towlan Group has around 12 hotels in Riyadh, and selecting the wrong one on apps like Careem, Uber, or InDrive can lead to extra costs. Many listings are in Arabic, which caused confusion for us. This is outside of city, to visit main city it takes 40-60 SAR cost each way for cab. Parking: Outside parking is available for guests. Room: Rooms are very big, spacious, and well-equipped, featuring a separate hall, kitchen, and bedroom. However, no tea or coffee is provided—you’ll need to bring your own if needed. The hotel has 3 floors, with roughly 20 large rooms on each floor. Wi-Fi is available, but there is no breakfast or food service on-site. A key point to note: traveling from the hotel into central Riyadh costs an additional 40-60 SAR each way on ride-hailing apps. This significantly adds to your trip's cost and inconvenience. If you need a spacious suite-style room and don’t mind the remote location or lack of dining options, the hotel offers reasonable value. A decent choice for travelers seeking spacious accommodations with kitchen facilities, but not ideal for those reliant on public transport or expecting on-site dining. Double-check the address carefully before booking to avoid taxi.
