GGuest UserEverything was perfect. It was very difficult to go back to work after we enjoyed this beautiful vacation at 10 moons lipe resort. We are missing the watermelon coconut juice, the pancakes, the beach and the amazing hospitality from the staff. We hope we can come back soon!

The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which really made the stay enjoyable. While the overall experience was pleasant, the property itself feels quite dated, and the rooms and facilities would benefit from renovations and modern updates. With some refurbishment, this could be an excellent beachfront hotel.

GGuest UserI had an amazing experience staying at Bundhaya Villa. The view was truly outstanding, making every moment feel relaxing and memorable. The room was spacious and very comfortable, providing a perfect place to unwind. I especially loved having breakfast with a stunning blue sea view—a beautiful way to start the day. The entire landscape around the resort is beautifully maintained, adding to the peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay even more pleasant. Another big plus is that the hotel is very close to the immigration area, which is convenient for travelers. Overall, Bundhaya Villa is a great place to stay, and I highly recommend it.

Ccl0209this is a very nice hotel for staycation very good service. all the staff are very friendly breakfastvery nice. the only thing that need to be complain is the jacuzzi lack of maintain… when i turn on the Jacuzzi system got alot of dirty thing come out from the jacuzzi.

GGuest UserStayed here for 3 nights, Rooms are chalet concept. 5mins walk from the pier. Pros - Lots of beach chairs - Quite beach (away from the noisy boats and safer to swim) - Provide beach towels - Massage hut by the beach (run separately by a different operator) - 5mins walk to walking street - Provide snorkelling gear for rental - Breakfast was ok. Restaurant food was good. - Friendly staff - Awesome mini fridge (super cold) Cons - Restaurant closes at 7pm - WiFi is not stable at all - The hotel sewerage system is not so good hence there’s a smell (bare-able) from the bathroom. Both our rooms were like that. Just mask it with the air refresherner they provided.

GGuest UserNice small hotel. Good location. Walking distance from immigration office and the main beach of the island. Staff is very friendly, helped us a lot with luggage. Breakfast is freshly cooked every morning individually for every guest.

GGuest UserThe position of the bungalows are right on sunrise Beach. We had bungalow number three which is on the beach from and perfect every morning. I don’t think I would want to stay in any other bungalows past the first two rows they’re basic but sufficient and we had a great stay here. There are lots of boats, but it really isn’t a problem. Easy to walk to walk straight probably 10 to 15 minutes. The breakfast was basic but sufficient I would stay here again.
