"I don't know about the negative comments here but my one night stay was perfect: Staff - very good service and accomodative. They offered tea and helped to bring our luggages to our room. The staff showed that water bottles were available in the mini fridge, as if he knew i was very thirsty 😁 Parking - right in front of the hotel, very convenient Room - upgraded from 2 single beds to one queen bed since the staff notice that both of us are married couple. Comfortable bed, no issue with the pillows i like it though not too spongy like what people have been commented here. Overally, worth the price."

My room was spacious and well-designed, with a comfortable bed, great lighting, and a beautiful view of the city. The breakfast buffet was fantastic—plenty of delicious options, both local and international, and everything was fresh and well-presented. The hotel’s facilities, including the gym and spa, were well-maintained and very relaxing after a long day. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, making it perfect for both business and leisure trips. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ankara. "The hotel is very Turkish with a long history. The hotel museum is great. We spent 2 hrs in it. We had a dinner and breakfast in the hotel, the food is beyond my expectation. The hotel is just next to the old castle, it's very convenient for us. The parking is free. The staffs are helpful and friendly. We absolutely love this hotel."

"Absolutely perfect stay in a luxurious big room and bathroom. Connected to Ankara Station but very quiet, and no cigarette or bad smells from the toilet. Also close by Maltepe metro station and bus stop for easy access to various sights in the city. If you go to Ankara by train, stay at this hotel."

"The hotel was located in the best place I wanted. The U.S. Embassy and AŞTİ bus terminal were so close that we could go there on foot. Our room was on the 16th floor and had a fantastic view of Ankara. The room was clean, and the breakfast was perfect."
