We were so happy that the service staff really made us happy. It is a hotel worth going to. I definitely recommend it!

We have just returned from a stay at the Nephos Hotel and overall, we had a very positive experience. The hotel itself is lovely. The rooms are modern, clean, and spacious, and the housekeeping staff does an excellent job. The breakfast was good. The location is also a major plus – it's very convenient for accessing the beach and the main attractions in the area. However, there was one significant issue that impacted our sleep on one particular night. I understand that the hotel cannot control everything in its surroundings( neighboring hotel hosted a large outdoor event), but the soundproofing in the room was not sufficient to handle external noise.

Good hotel, no obvious minuses from small ones, more or less variety of food but no small exclusives, some unusual fish or shrimps there (there were crayfish once). In general, a very good hotel but nothing special.

This hotel is very beautiful, the breakfast is very rich, and the location is also very good. It is one of the few hotels located in the ancient city of Side and has a high cost performance. Living here, you can freely stroll around the ancient city at night and enjoy the tranquility of the ancient city in the early morning. However, the floor drain in the shower room was a bit clogged, and the location of the air conditioner in some rooms was not ideal, so the temperature in the room was a bit uneven, but fortunately it was not too hot, and the room was equipped with a fan, so it was generally comfortable.

We are having a really great time The staff’s are supper friendly👌  And very respectful👌 For sure we will come back again!!!

The hotel is quite good overall. I’d like to highlight the comfortable mattress, the beautiful and spacious pool, delicious food and the good service at the restaurant, bars and recreation. However, there were some drawbacks. The shuttle bus to the beach does not stick to the schedule, so we often ended up wasting time waiting or walking due to its unreliability. Additionally, one of the animators offers a nightclub trip for $15, but the venue turned out to be a dirty shack in the middle of a field, which left us with a very unpleasant impression.

Amazing All Inclusive Resort, took very good care of us. I have to say one of the best resorts in visited. Soo much food drinks and deserts all day long. Amazing sea facing and clean beach. Slides Several pools and Have turkish hamam free to use. I had an amazing time. The rooms were ok in fulya hotel, can be better otherwise all was ok

Hotel staff are caring. Location is great. The food has a lot of variety. 10 minutes to the center.

When you inter to the hotel’s reception it is completely disappointing, very old fashioned and bad smelly couches and chairs. Foods are average. This hotel is absolutely not for young couples, it is suitable for families with children, however there is no any entertainment for children. Overall a good option for families with children and low budget.

This resort is absolutely massive, and they do an excellent job of keeping it spotless. The facilities are impressive, with multiple swimming pools and a beautiful private beach. The overall aesthetic of the place is quite charming, and we especially enjoyed the water park it was a highlight of our stay. The buffet offered a wide range of options, and the food quality was consistently good. That said, I’m giving this resort a four-star rating for a few key reasons. Firstly, communication was a major challenge. The majority of the staff do not speak or understand English, which made even simple requests difficult. We had to rely on the Client Relationship team for any assistance, as they were the only ones who could help us in English. Another issue that affected our comfort significantly was the climate control. We visited in May when the temperature was around 20°C and felt unusually hot indoors. Strangely, the air conditioning wasn't working they had the heating on instead. We found it really uncomfortable, and it made it hard to rest or sleep in our room. Additionally, the quality of the towels could be improved, and the mattress was extremely firm, which again affected our ability to sleep well. It’s surprising for a resort of this scale not to offer late checkout even when rooms are clearly available which felt unnecessarily rigid. If the management addresses these concerns especially language accessibility, climate control, and overall guest comfort, this place could easily become a five-star destination. Despite these setbacks, we still had an enjoyable time overall.
