Everything is as perfect as you would dream of! Thr room is very spacious, modern Nordic style design, from coffee to shampoo they are in top-notch quality. The gym has one of the most high tech equipments and the laundry room is certainly a bonus for long trip traveller. Staff are friendly and efficient as well, would highly recommend!

MMuhammad Sabir JanLocation is perfect heart of the city. Just walk by Yale University. Rooms are big and very clean. Bathroom is very clear and complete with all needed amenities. Front desk always very friendly and polite. It’s my second time living in Omni Hotel New Haven and will choose again for my next trip. For those who they love nightlife must live here because it’s just cross the road have best nightlife bars and clubs. Perfect Hotel I Recommend 100%

GGuest UserThis hotel is really nice and clean. Its design is wonderful. The hotel service team is really nice and friendly. Also, if you arrive at the Train station, you could call their free shuttle service (it is operated by 15:00). The hotel lounge is wide and very cozy. We regret staying only one night at the New Heaven. It is really a recommendable hotel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The room is also awesome. You can enjoy the harbor view in your cozy room!!! If I return to travel New Heaven, I will definitely choose this hotel.

Very close to Yale campus. Fast food and supermarket is just opposite of the hotel. Must bring kettle if you need hot water in room.
