GGuest UserThe service was great! The hotel was well maintained-inside and outside. Our room was super clean and comfortable and we had sufficient washcloths & towels and the water was nice and hot! The view from the balcony was a lovely addition. I enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee too. My husband and I have already decided that will stay stay there on our next visit.

GGuest UserTook the wife out of state for our 10 year anniversary. She was so excited to be staying at an Aloft again as we have in the past! We got into the room, my Flowers were there, which was great. We adjusted the AC to our comfort likings and 4 hours later after being at the beach, the temperature in the room was 78. Called the front desk, they said there isn't anything they could do. Maintenance checked the panel and all is fine but our room was above the indoor pool. The pool room was found to be 80+ degrees but no one agreed to trying to lower the temperature of the pool room. Instead they suggested we open the balcony door and give us a box fan. The outdoor temps were in the upper 80s low 90s. There was a hint of a breeze but when the box fan was dropped off, we came back from dinner and it was tolerable with the door closed. No check up from management, the staff was quite short with our concerns and requests. Overall the stay was amazing but disappointing

GGuest UserThis was our first time staying at Hampton Suites in Ocean City. The desk clerks( Alyssa,Jennifer and Danielle) were so nice and friendly. The checkin and checkout process was fast and easy. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every morning. The indoor pool and hot tub were a nice amenity. The pet friendly option was great as well.Would highly recommend this place..didn't disappoint!

GGuest UserWe enjoyed our stay very much. The location was wonderful and the service was great. Everyone was helpful and nice. We didn't eat any food there, but I'm sure it is good. Thank you for a great stay. We will definitely include this on our list of places to stay in Ocean City, MD.

GGuest UserI love this place. All personnel I encountered were very friendly and helpful. Nothing fancy but clean, roomy accommodations. The towels are super nice! Love that there is a kitchenette. The location is fantastic. Reasonable prices too. I would always recommend this place.

GGuest UserLocation is great, right in the boardwalk. The pool and jacuzzi were great too. The balcony had a high top table, with great views. Downside: Even though the room has a kitchen, there were no utensils or pots/pans or anything for the kitchen. Huge downside since we took items to make breakfast. There was a coffee maker and sugar but the machine was super dirty.

GGuest UserEverything was great! ”Peaches” was our check in girl and she was so sweet and kind. Above and beyond welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable except the beds are a little bit firm. Staff were knowledgable with every question we asked throughout our stay. The walk to the beach is quicker then it takes the red light to change. On check out day we asked if it would be ok if we left the car in the parking lot and hang out at the pool for a few hours before heading home, and they were perfectly cool with that. the roof top pool is so nice with a bar and constant breeze. We reserve a ”Bay front” room, but we unexpectedly had a really nice view of the bay from our room. These are the reasons I've been coming back the Princess Bayside for years.

JJeepAverage hotel. Best off season pricing for a hotel located right on the boardwalk. So wasn’t expecting much.. If your looking for a place to sleep ,shower and has a nice pool along with being right on the boardwalk . It’s decent but is rough around the edges as it shows it age. Sunrise from their porch was awesome.
