"Absolutely amazing! Everything was perfect, hygiene, location, facilities, service, etc. Proximity to the River Walk is unparalleled as it is less than a 10min walking distance."
"The Riverwalk Plaza is located near other bars and food places. It is great for families, in their lounge they have movies, chess and other family games. On the other side you will find the Gavel. Good bar and great atmosphere, did not try any food but their drinks were on point."
"I had a great stay at Best Western Hotel. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the check-in process was quick and easy. Overall, the hotel provided excellent service, and I would highly recommend it to others."

"A typical budget hotel, but the facilities are sufficient for ordinary travelers, especially the convenient parking. But there is no refrigerator in the room, but fortunately there is an ice machine in the public area."
"The hotel is very clean and convenient, close to the river walk and many restaurants. There are two malls nearby within a 10 min walk. I stayed here with my family and we had a great time Will definitely stay there again."

Amazing
GGuest UserEveryone was super friendly, our room was clean and “the best room ever” according to our kids. We were super happy with our stay and we will definitely return!
GGuest UserEverything was perfect the clerk at the front desk was very helpful and polite 10 out of 10 costumer service breakfast was delicious and kitchen staff really nice our room was very clean
LLiangyimoonGood value for money, rich breakfast, large rooms, clean rooms, good service, and excellent location. I will stay at this chain store every time I visit the United States. Parking is convenient.
GGuest UserGreat experience. Front desk was very accommodating and very nice. They offered my kids free snacks. Clean and quiet room. Would stay here again.
KKunyingThe hotel far exceeded my expectations. The free hotel shuttle is available, but you need to call the hotel for pickup at the airport. The room was spacious, brightly lit, and relatively quiet on the fourth floor. The air conditioner cools quickly, although it's a bit noisy. The shower's warm water comes on fast. Overall cleanliness was not bad, though there were some stains and a long hair on the towel. The bedding was very comfortable, and I had a good rest.
GGuest UserWe enjoyed the stay. Our stay consisted of 3 nights. Unfortunately we stay during the Covid 19 pandemic. We did not get the complimentary breakfast. But this is a Great hotel. Bonus is the pool. Beautiful set up. My only complaint would be, we had to constantly ask for towels. Clean rooms. Decent size rooms. I would definitely recommend this hotel. For sure coming back.
GGuest UserAlthough the hotel was in a location we needed and was a great price, our stay was impacted by the hotel’s inability to have a room ready for us one and a half hours after check in time. We had a function to attend that night and drove in for it but needed to clean up and dress for the occasion. They told us it would be at least 30 minutes to an hour to have a room ready and possibly longer. We notified trips.com and they made a phone call to try to speed up the process but were told the same thing. We looked for a hotel in the same area but no rooms were available on a Saturday night and last minute (understandable). Just as we were resigned to making an unfavorable decision, we checked back with the hotel and they were able to give us a room (just not what we reserved) that worked. I was also disappointed that the manager never showed his face at the counter when multiple people were there dealing with the same issue. Made the clerk at the front desk deal with unhappy customers.
GGuest UserThe hotel looks more run down than the photos portrayed. Homeless people just around the corner, and that made us a little uneasy... but they seemed to keep to themselves and posed no immediate threat. Wallpaper peeling in multiple places, shower curtain torn at 2 places where attached to the shower rod, wires under AC exposed and could pose a tripping hazard. The room is dark, with 4 lamps and one wall light by the door. The lamps just lit the room somewhat. The bathroom lights were also dull. Beds were comfy. Shower was nice, needed a slip mat though. View out the back windows was awful. And on Thursday nights and maybe the weekend, there's an outdoor band playing right next door, loud enough to keep you awake into early hours. Only 1 of the 2 elevators was operating, and it broke down twice on two different days. The staff was very quick at getting it fixed, and it seems this is a common occurrence with a note on the wall giving a warning. Breakfast was good, but bacon would have been nice. The staff was amazing, sweet, and considerate of our needs. If you don't mind ”not new”, then this hotel would be nice for you. Connie from TN Stayed 3 nights
